Excellent, just wanted to see if it was worth investing in. Already have installed a cam from Jeroen Diks and wanted to see what difference it would make. Thanks Kev.

What is the advantage of installing one on my G60? Cheers.

Had the same problem about 2 weeks ago. Clear anything blocking the water drain beside the ECU and on the oppsite side. I then used more silicon on the cover to the ECU and it has solved the problem. Hope it helps!

Recently put a new chip in my G60. This morning a lot of rain fell and when I opened my car, the passenger side and my side floors were soaked. Popped the bonnet and there was a well of water on each side, beside the ECU and on my side. I vacuumed the water out. When I was replacing the ECU I used silicon to put it back in. Has anyone had this problem. Is it a common C problem? and any suggestions on how to plug up the leak. Cheers.

I was told only 125 were sold in Ireland, surely not!

Look real nice, and a lot cheaper then the OZ equivalent. You got me thinking..........

Put me down for one too!

I got a set off MJ Interiors and the quality is excellent. Worth giving them a shout.

Nice rims Dazzy. How much they cost you?

Thanks Gazza. I'm going to give it a go at the weekend. Will keep ya posted.

Thanks Gazza. Just wondering if there is a site or link to installing the gauges. Wouldn't mind having a look before I start at it.

I bought a TIM oil pressure gauge and a RACETECH boost gauge for my G60. How do you guys rate these and how easy are they to fit. I'm only learning. Should I have bought other gauges or the same ones but different brands. Cheers.
-
Thanks Jimbo, that answers my question!

Jimbo-Corrado, People are going to get confused. "Did they not finish building VW Corrado's? 'cause I just saw a brand new one drive by me the other day!". Thats one of the cleanest I've seen, imaculate. Very nice.

Dave_Corrado16v Dave I know how you must be feeling after 3 weeks of heart ache. The only thing is that when I bought my C it was in a bad state and it caused me some much hassle to get it right (over a year). Its so frustrating when little things go wrong one after another and you have friends, girlfriend etc telling you I told you so! There were times I wanted to drive it off the pier and walk away. I still have it and at the moment it is running sweet(It would want to be after all the money I spent on it!). When you get them right thay are such a fun car, just depends on patience at the end of the day.

Nice car. I agree with vr6storm, leave the original mirrors. Thank god you got rid of those 17", reminds me of the rice burners that usually have them. Don't know about the fuel cap though.

Do you not think it looks a tad over done, each to their own though.

I think it cost around 100 euros, I guess thats around the same in dollars.

I think Iceman its standard on euro C's. I had to buy a new one and thats the one the Stealer gave me. Of course it hits off every ramp on the road because I lowered it. Jim, I saw the 3 slat one on my mates VR6 and I still like the old style along with the bonnet, everyones taste is different though!

we know what you drive and what you do!but how old are you??

Thanks guys, I wanted to keep it as standard as possible. VR6 Storm, I think I might take your advice. I even left the 16v badges on it, which is funny when a GTi pulls up and gets suprised when you pull away.
