What parts would I need? (bearings?) What kinda cost am I looking at? Is it all DIY work? Thanks for the help.

Any thoughts on rear brake disk/pad combinations... Thought it's about time to sort my brakes out and while the fronts will be treated to either 312mm disks etc or 288mm golf disks will the rears be ok with ECP standard disks and pads.... will an upgrade be as noticable as the fronts? Are there any other parts required other than disks and pads? Thanks

Will you notice a big difference? Is it just a straight swap and which pads do you use then? Ta

Would definately be interested in this mod. Any idea as to a total cost and a list of parts/work required? Is it a DIY job? Can you fit these behind speedlines... would be very nice if you could 8)

I have replaced the sliding cables and now the roof will slide back as it should, but the passenger side tilts when you try and bring it forward again. Are these the correct part numbers to replace the locking section, a spring and a rubber gromit?? Will this solve my problems?

Please can someone with ETKA please confirm part numbers... 357877385 357877383 N0124321 I have just seen my local stealer and they reckon those are all the parts that come in the water plate guide for the passengers side? (yes, sunroof again!) I was given part number 1HO 898 014A as the full kit by someone on the forum - are these parts the same? Please help - I havn't had roof lining in my car for about a month now :-( Also where can I get an ETKA from - they might be damn helpfull!!

Which fuse should I be checking? Also the windows go down on 'one-touch' but do not go up... could this be linked? Cheers

23.... 24 on Christmas Day! Just got my C a couple of days ago, but have had loads of cars, including a Cav Gsi (stop laughin, they are nice cars!) a Z32 Nissan 300zx, to name a couple

I just picked up my C last nite and the sunroof doesn't work - I knew this before I bought the car so am OK with that! It will not tilt, or slide, but the motor does not even make any noise... could this mean it is just a fuse or something simple?? :roll: Any advice or suggestions appreciated.
