I bought myself a camshaft & adjustable cam pulley...
Dennis.be replied to Dennis.be's topic in Engine Bay
No one who know's what I should expect? -
Hey guys, I've bought myself a "faster" camshaft and an adjustable cam pulley for my G60. On this moment has the car a 68mm puley and RS chip installed, the G-lader give's about 1.1 bar pressure. The engine has a new cilinderhead (type P), a small intercooler and an exaust with only a Remus damper at the end. What is the maximum horsepower I could reach up with this camshaft and campulley? Spec's of the camshaft => http://www.catcams.be/800x600/prod01Ada ... 76502xx.js

These rims are 17"s, not 18"s. But it give's you a good idea how it looks like.

I've found another one, this is my favorit number one. I tought I've lost this one. You mean the taillights? They are painted by a friend of mine, but before they're painted, I've removed all logo's on it, looks very clean now. -

These are my favorit ones. Not that they're so special, but these are how the car looks like on this moment -
Don't use the MFA, this wil not give you the correct boostpressure, use a Turboboost gauge. A normal charger should give you a pressure of 0.7bar with the standard pully. I've got a 68mm pully (& custom RS chip) and this brings the pressure on 1.1bar at 5800rpm. This give's you an idea that is imposible to get 2 bar out of an standard charger, even with a tuned charger.

The red G60 lights light up in the right color, the car-inspection made no problem on these ones. The blach ones on the picture are one of the many looks I've already had, these lights has about 10 layers of paint on it, normaly they spray about 3 layers if you want to see the colors light up bij day. On this moment I've got red-black ones, they light up in the right colors. I've also removed all logo's from Hella so they look clean as hell and they also reflect in the dark. But I've got some clear taillights from In.Pro in the garage, these ones are for the summer months. People are making fun out of me because I'm changing so many times of taillights. My answer to this "This is the only side of the car you see when i'm accelerating, so be happy!!!"

How about these red one's??? What kinda engine should my brother's C has???

Lowring your car is a personal matter, I'd like a stiff suspension to drive with. Others want more comfort, some like something between those two. I've got standard dampers with H&R lowered springs, 60/40 if I'm correct, I've also installed an Eibacht anti roll kit to improve the handling of the car. The car doesn't roll over anymore when taking a curve. I'm running 15"s (uniroyal Rainsport2) this winter, but normal I'm running 17"s with Pirelli P zero Nero on it.

I know there's a metal mount point under the handbrake console, the arm rest should be mounted on this thing. De handbrake console has 4 holes so the arm rest rests on it and de screw go through the console into the metal mount point. Sorry for my poor english, I hope you understand this.

Soem of the newer types after '92 had a flat backseat, so they haven't a armrest in the middle.

Almost 700 signatures, keep on singning the petition.

Maybe you could remove those logo's on the lights, this gives a clean result when they are finished. Removing those logo's. Removed. When there finished.

What's the alternative on this moment? Custom made headlights or the new type headlights of the +'92 versions. I think that a ready-to-install headlight more than welcom is on this moment. Just look how many Corrado's have In.pro taillights, why should they not build a new type of headlight when there's a market for? If they look great and they're plug and play, I probably buy them.
-
Also want other headlights in your C? Here's the chance to help some people who started a petition so In.pro would build clear headlights for the Corrado. Just sign the petition with your real name, nicknames would be deleted. http://www.petitiononline.com/corrado/petition.html Sorry for my poor English, I doesn't use this language to often.

Nice seats you've got there, I've got myself a couple of new Sparco Torino's. Pay 600 euro for them, 2 for the price of one. :D

I've got a manual how to open the headlights, but this manual is in Dutch. http://users.skynet.be/g60_rulez/Page_b ... bouwen.htm Just look at the pictures en you'll know how to open the headlights without damage the glass.
