    Roof Strips

I got my new strip from gpc at inters last year its £50 strip plus the end cap all in all the cost me just shy of £120 and he only had two sets. Bloody expensive.
  3. Yes my car is lowered and it has poly bushes all around but the rear beam. Also think of fitting some nice 7.5x17 bbs RX. Still can't make my mind up anyone else have a opinion on this.
  4. Hi chaps Can some one pls help me with a definitive answer if I should fit power flex rear beam bushes to my corrado. I have read a couple of discussions on the forum and it seams that people are split on if you should or shouldn't. Has anyone done this mode and has there been any handling side affects.
  5. Yes i still have standard bumpers you have to trim front pannel which sounds worst than it really is. If you are going to fit this cooler get a touch up pen before so you can paint the bare metal after trimming. did this pic work????

    New intercooler

Well all I can say is its transformed my car. Even after a good thrashing my corrado doesn't lose any pony’s and the cooling pipe are cool to the touch. It also pulls so much better and the engine seem much happier and more responsive. I think what has happened is that all my mods I have done have been hampered by the standard cooler, that’s proberly why its made such a different's. ps sorry I didn't reply quicker my internet was down dam BT
  9. The ring gear is heated up then pressed on. Better get a machine shop to do it as it is quite easy to crack the ring gear.
  10. I've fitted a lighted fly wheel. Got mine from designer dubs it was a standard one that had been machined down. Makes a difference the engine revs more freely.

    New intercooler

It comes with two bracket that moves the rad over so you can get enough room two fit the two pipes past. All of the pipe work is supplyed and also a slim line cooling fan is supplyed as well. Its 48cm by 30cm and i bought it from Jabba, yes i know thay are not the most popular at the moment but the kit is good value for what you get considering a golf g60 would set you back at least £550
  19. What do you think brought this at gti inters.

Had the same problem was averaging 17 MPG. Run vehicle up to running temperature, you will need a muiltimeter for this check, with the muitimeter probe the two outer pins on the co pot which is on the hard plastic boost pipe going into the inlet manifold. On top of the co pot you should see a blue cap you need to remove this. Underneath is a screw which you can turn ether way to adjust the setting. 500ohms is a just a guidance base setting. Every car has a very slightly different setting to run at its maximum potential. 500 ohms +/- 150 ohms is again a general guide. If you find that the reading is ok then next thing to check is your lambda probe in your exhaust search the forum there is a post about it some where. My MPG has gone up to about 26 on a good run still g60 are not that good anyway. :drinking:
  21. Please help save castle combe racing circuit from closure. Recently a noise order was placed over the circuit and also the threat of closure. This is due to a couple of people living near the circuit complaining about the noise. None of the councillors live near the circuit so they wouldn';t know what it is like. Please help save Castle Combe Circuit from closure and sign this petition which will be forwarded to every member of North Wiltshire council by me. Please Sign, Thank You. http://www.petitiononline.com/306007/
