the elise is a go cart , i dont mean that in a bad way either, if you sit in the elise your elbow is about the height of the door sill,so it might not be a good idea if you've broke your back , still love em tho

no you're right mate it has to be installed by an approved fitter and the fitter must keep a record of the installation ........although you can buy a motorbike alarm that is diy fitment that is thatcham approved

you need to contact the alarm manufacturer or if you know who installed it then contact them

if it is a thatcham approved then you can buy a copy of the certificate, last time i heard they were £25 tho see what they say mate but direct line would not insure me until they received the certificate

most of the guys in parts have some tasty mk2 golfs at the my local stealership and they often come out to look at my c , they all dislike all the newer vee dubs

wawab, one wire is black which is an ignition controlled live and the other is grey/blue which is the switch illumination bigpants baby, if you can confirm that would be cool

i would double check there are no wires mate, if not then just run them straight from the head unit through the bellow near the hinge where all the other wires run through, its very easy

fitted a heated loom for the seats , audioscape pods with focal components and a genesis amp with sound deadening material

in layman terms what is the high pass filter anmd low pass filter ? i have a genesis amp and it can be set at 50 - 100 hz on the low pass and 20 - 200 on hp filter what should i set it on ? also i can alter the volts level from 4 - 0.3 wtf is that all about :lol: all i am running from this is the two front focal components tia paul

i've used this and it was better than auto glym and best to heat the tub with a hair dryer (in this weather), waxy, only a few quid for a tub , really its best to use this in the summer
