I like the rawness  Reminds me I'm in a car and not an armchair on wheels. Sure the 8x17 rims with 215s tend to ignore my steering commands, but it keeps your senses alive and alert  yeah i like the rawness and the feel of the c tbh, my missus calls it the rattley rabbit  i've lowered every car i've had, i like that feel , cant stand a car that wallows -
http://www.corrado-club.ca/ sweet ! 8) very tempted

i normally buy cars that cost around 14-15k but i got sooo sick of losing sooo much money on them, i've lost more than what the rado cost me in 12 months on other cars so if the c died in 12 months i've not lost....... :?: i really like the corrado and i always have, i took a vr6 for a test drive when new but couldnt afford it at the time, there arent many older cars i would consider tbh, the c an e30 or an escort cossie but my reason for the c are the exact opposite of yours and i'm happy at the mo, if the rawness the c gets me down i turn the radio up or drive the golf or just drop it to 2nd and open it up 8) -

Adding Gas Lift Struts to the Bonnet This job is very easy and anyone can do it. Makes the engine bay a lot nicer place to work Difficulty: Required Tools: 10mm open ended spanner Time Required: 20 mins Supplier: Performance Solutions , tel 01604 232003 Pop the bonnet and tighten the bottom two alignment bolts on the hinges Remove the top two bolts on the hinges (that's why we tightened the bottom ones, so the setting cant change) Screw into these holes the two strut ends that have the threaded bolt (not the self taping end), tighten with the spanner. Don't forget to use a washer Undo the middle of the three wing retaining screws (level with the coolant reservoir) Screw the two self tapping end into these holes again using a washer (watch out for wires underneath) Screw the thin end of the gas strut into the top fitting Screw the bottom end of the gas strut into the bottom fitting (lift the bonnet higher to do this) making sure the top is held and doesn't unscrew Give em a good coat of wax or WD-40 as the alloy can rust easily Stand back and admire MIGHT BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FOR THE RADO got it here (about 1/2 way down ) http://www.btinternet.com/~madmole/HowD ... t%20Struts
