  1. If the wires are the wrong way round, would that not give a constant power to the main power for the stereo and therefore it would work with the ignition off? Or do you think the stereo would require power on both wires to allow it to be actually used?
  2. Many thanks to you all for the great welcome. I look forward to chatting to you all in the future.
  3. Only had two lady owners from new and 81,000 miles on the clock. Spent the weekend cleaning but didn't actually get to polish it - so hopefully will do that this weekend.
  4. Just wanted to say hi! Bought my first Corrado on Saturday. It's a 1992 2.0 16 Valve, and think the colour is 'Green Pearl Effect'. It's not really modified, just has some different wheels - BK Racing 5 spokes.
  5. I have to admit I was going to check the fuses but haven't yet. Could it really be as simple as that? I thought I might have to start tracing wires back etc. Don't suppose you'd know which specific fuse I should check for the stereo?
  6. Just purchased my first Corrado and fitted my old stereo to it, however there is no constant power supply to it. When you switch off the car, I lose all my presets etc. Can anyone offer any advise as to what I can look at? The connection blocks were already the right type for me to just plug the wiring into from my stereo so I've not had to fiddle with any specific connections.
