it sounds like you have exactly the same prob as me!... first gear pull away and i have to ride the clutch to actually stop it from 'roo'ing and accelerate reeeeeaaally carefully, into second much the same effect but not as full on, and once in third its ok.. you can still feel the engine behaving strangely but goes ok, (i assume its there in all gears but you feel less at higher speeds). after changing the air filter (not for this reason) it became less noticable (red herring again maybe?) but its still there. ive been told so many different things (lamda, fuel pump, dizzy and even the choke) from different ppl im just more confused now.. seems to idle fine, pulls well at part load, full throttle not the best response tbh ill let you know anything i find out jay, but at the mo im stumped p.s i beleive the judder jay is refering to is the kangaroo motion on pull away.. kind of like a learner driver pulling away for the first time(no jokes plz.. im sure we both know how to pull away properly) -
maybe a bit daft to spend all that on my 16v... ill wait until i get a vr6 lmao (hmmmm long time then)

(ok so this is where i seek reassurance about my int) are the recaro's that much nicer than the standard leathers, its all in great conditon but id like to do the C justice over time.. would it be worth changing. or pointlessly costly?
-
aaah... so i see. cheers guys, a little upset now, as mine are NOT recaro lol but at least i know. still nice inside though :)
-
Ive heard there are different types of leather interiors on the C, and being a complete noob i dont know how to tell if mine is recaro or not(ok ok dont laugh!!!)... anyone know how i can tell?
-
Ye, i am new to the corrado, and mine is pretty sweet...not as a nut lol(far from really :( ). but i try and keep by as much as i can just incase(unfortunatly im s**t with engines you see... which i know isnt gonna help). and dont worry about my modding ideas, all i want outside are wheels, lights and a nice grill. atm shes fully standard so i wanna make her look a bit happier :D

8) theres always plenty put aside for my C
