Please tell me your getting rid of the chrome front. Its the only thing I dont like about the Mk5 R. Black would look much nicer. Black front on its way guys :) I really like the MKV , try driving one with the DSG . Better then mk4

Mate, i know he look another one. I was happy with the price i got, you never get all your money back with modified cars. I will stay on the corrado forum, but let andy take this thread over and start fresh. Hey Kev Pat McCrotch looks amazing , wanted a 3door myself but none over here, theres only three 5 door models in blue here. but rest of it ticks the boxs, Hows it feel with H&Rs was thinking of using them or full KW-V3s . Think you need to get one mate and we can do a GB off bill for Turbos
-
Ok guys, i know the R32 not for everyone but it ticks all the boxs for me :) Its just a nice easy car to drive, point to point quicker then corrado which is better over here. If i lived in england where i could get on the motorway everyday i would have never sold the corrado :( , DSG is perfect for what i need, got the paddles to play with and when stuck in traffic back into auto. I will be doing few things as you do, Remap,Milltec, bit lower, wheels. should push 280bhp whick be ok for now  DSCN1000.JPG[/attachment:etmcrbax] Already removed badge and got smoked plates on 8)

Cheers for all nice comments guys, just got back from relaxing in france for a week away from cars :) Im sorry to see the car go but Andy is a great guy and i know its gone to a good home :) Im picking up new project tomorrow, fun begins
-
Cheers buddy, it was a good offer. Am going to miss it , would have been 15 years old next week :(
-
Been a sad day, corrado as gone :( feels strange not seeing it anymore :( But its gone to a very good home. Andy the new owner is a very fussy guy like myself and will finish off whats needs doing :) So R32 here we come, already been priceing parts up :)
-
good luck buddy, think 4wd is best next :)
-
Ok , taking 2 R32s out today , manual & DSG . DSG is the best ,its that nice blue with full Recaro leather 9k miles one owner mint paint Very nice to drive luv the paddle shift its so smooth, awesome exhaust note. 4wd is way forward theres so much grip Be nice with boost, been told DSG box will take 400bhp :D Very tempted now
-
Got to make the phone call this weekend :( Was thinking too, it would be wrong to sell it in such an un-roadworthy state. Surely you should give the new owner the appropriate stopping power?! The guy knows everything about the car, hes followed the progress of the build I know mate, nothing will ever be so special to me :?
-
a million times better an idea! no-one will ever look twice at an R32 turbo outside a VW show because they'll never know what it is, where as people will always look at the corrado anywhere and then be even more blown away by what it is underneath, the mileage, the single owner, the history etc etc etc. no offence to the offerer, but there is no way anyone will treat the corrado as well as you have.. not that we're trying to influence you at all.. :D Thanks for the kind words John. It will be a Sad day for me :( I will still visit the forum, have met some great people on here and will keep in touch :) Only thing really left to upgrade on the car was the brakes, there 312mm TT setup
-
Guys , its going to be a nice weekend so car will be out, so mite change my mine yet  If i could keep it and buy R32 i would but its time to move forward ,if i keep it i will land up making the rado 4WD and it will be a monster. Im not bothered either way, luv the rado and will keeping working on it till i die :cuckoo: if sale falls though, but if it happens R32T here we come :)
-
Its a hard thing to do, i will make my mind up this weekend. It was not on the cards to sell but a good offer has been made. This guy is very keen and likes his cars If it goes, im loooking at MK5 R32 and going turbo. I know its nothing like a corrado but want 4wd :)
-
Something i said i would never do , SELL the car  But had a very good offer It will be very sad day if it goes :(

Cheers guys :) Great to start getting some nice weather at last, be using car lot more this year :)
-
absolutely :salute: if there was only one thing i would ever have said about your engine bay it would have been that the blue samcos were a little bright for it - i think black keeps it looking nicely unmodified (even yours!) to the untrained eye ;) Cheers John, its getting there 8)
