Nice looking C, welcome to the forum. why do people find the need to spoil other people pride and joy???
-
 cheers m8,think a black centered wheel would look ok then? neil. Personally not the look I would go for, but looks 8) if thats what your style.
-
Nice Raddo mate, will look good with those In-Pros  Like the rims in the last pic too 8)
-
   I know what you are on about, but surely we are still on topic as the thread is titled Koni TA`s & H&R Springs? Check it out anyway and let us know asap :)

Any chance of a[schild=1 fontcolor=000000 shadowcolor=C0C0C0 shieldshadow=1]Group Buy[/schild] to get the price down a little more??
-
Just had the car back from a service and confirmed my 2 rear shocks have gone, so i am looking to upgrade the supension in some way. As money is a little tight would it be advisable to buy the Koni TA`s with Vogtland springs and then upgrade to the H&R's at a later date when i can afford it?

New speakers, subs and amps at discounted prices
The Hub replied to Fairzy's topic in ICE 'n' Secure
I will be looking another 4 channel amp myself soon, could be interested if the price is right??? -
The Oettinger was the wheel i wanted too but again getting it to fit isn't worth the hassle. Not a big fan of the multi spokes and was looking for something 5 spoke. After looking at the Wheel Machine site i am sort of tempted by the OZ Record's which is totally going againest what i had in mind for my C (red by the way). More confused than ever now :?
-
Dont like to ask people to photoshop, if I did the person would be constantly pestered, i just cant make my mind up. These sites have give me an idea though and the original ideas i had have now gone out the window

In my endless search for the perfect rims I have come across these 2 sites which i thought might help others with the same problem. http://www.tirerack.com/ http://www.wheelmachine.de/ Anyone know of any others?
-

T-Shirt Order Thread - back up for sale as of 04/06/05!!!
The Hub replied to Red=Fast's topic in General Car Chat
Sorry mate would have bought one only I didnt like the writing on the front and it says driven, like I said in a previous post. Otherwise job well done!!! You can't make everyone happy  Good Luck with the sales  -
Definately a better choice than the first rims, but still not convinced!!! Like I say it's a tuff choice to get it right
-
Not keen on these either, I am looking rims too, and TBH theres alot more rims on that site that would suit the C better. It's hard to decide which to go for, everytime I think i am sorted I see another style that makes me change my mind :?
-
Not to worry Riley, I do believe that you contacted tempest first so there for you should have first refusal on the lights  I am sure you can understand that when i read the post I assumed no one else had been interested as no one else had posted or showed there interest on the Thread. Shouldn't jump to conclusions in future  Just have to wait till the next GB No hard feelings mate 8)
-
Not impressed!!!! Surely as i posted first and Henny made the offer to me I should have first refusal. I too have a day job and replied as soon as I logged on this evening. I confirmed as soon as i knew the offer had been made, so surely riley should have been told that he could have them if I didnt confirm within 24 hours unless he contacted you before i did. Nevermind :(
-
riley, are you saying these have been sold to you???? I would be a bit disappointed as they have been offered to me on a public forum and Henny, made the offer to me afterall??? Can you please clear this up as i have had no contact fromTempest, yet?????
-
Cheers for the help guys, dont think I will go down this route either with the spacers being needed  the search goes on  found another similar rim though.... Konig - Lockdown. checking it out now  anyone know anything about them??? Cheer Dinkus, thats why i started looking at Oettinger rims
-
Cheers lads logged on and read the good news, thanksHenny, and sorry riley, :D I'll be in contact with payment soon Tempest, My bank manger ain't going to be happy with the amount i have shelled out in Jan, but what the hell, I am when i look at how far the Raddo has come in the 3 months i've had it. Money money money, but sure i could die tomorrow
-
Anyone know anywhere that sells the first rims you come to as you scroll down this webpage? http://www.rsdcars-uk.co.uk/Oettingerhome.htm Can you get them in 4 stud to fit a 1.8 16v ? Any help would be appreciated
-
I would jump at it if they where Smoked :(
-
Sorry to hear you sold the C Pablo but you obviously needed a change. Thanks for any advice you give me in the short space of time I have been on here and hope to hear whats going on with your new drive in the future. Do you mind telling me what area the new owner is from??? Hopefully the car stayed in Northern Ireland and you told him/her about the forum:D
-
Cheers Henny, when i went back to the car after writing this thread it seemed to just come away....... Typical
-
Cheers for the effort, but seeing them with my car has put me right off them!!!! Looks like the search goes on :?

Have been toying with the Idea of going the coilover route, but was wondering why pay out £500+ if a 40mm/60mm drop suits the car and I maybe will never adjust it again. I know you have the adjustability with the coilovers but what other pros and cons are there for the different types of suspension
