looks like a job for next weekend!

A standard 16v wont stand a chance, you'll be embarrased unless your pushing past G60 spec. I wouldnt fancy my chances in the G tbh. I've not owned a G40 yet, but one day!

hmmm, tricky, as although its predominantly her fault, you may be liable for a proportion of the blame. Even though you were static, your road positioning could be used against you. IMO if you're not that bothered, i wouldnt go through all the hassle of dealing with insurance companies and the slight risk you NCB could be affected if you are decided to be responsible for even the slightest part of the accident. The only reason for going ahead would be either to A: seek revenge for thier attitude. B: try for a cash settlement if the car was written off. TBH, i cant see either option being worth the hassle.

That was quick! If only you were that quick to notice Yan was still behind you!

Crash Bang Wallop... What an accident
bristolbaron replied to jedi-knight83's topic in General Car Chat
jedi-knight83, thats absolutley crazy mate! only just spotted the thread. Glad your okay, and hope the insurance goes okay. It'd be worth keeping a copy of the for sale thread from here, as proof that you were selling the car, and the price you were asking. It may give you better bartering power when it comes to make the claim. As your claiming from a third party, you should have less grief about the settlement figure. I'm very basically trained in insurance, but post updates on here and if i can offer any advise, i will. Baz. -
wemneb, the G's the cheapest? crazy. I found AXA pretty good at your age. - just dont crash though! their claims dept are rubbish!
-
Sorry to sound simple, but that was supplied new to NZ, not imported later? I was under the impression only the UK got valvers?

Anyone bought a JVC AVX1, with scratched screen??
bristolbaron replied to NickVR6's topic in ICE 'n' Secure
NickVR6, ive got some brand new JVC 6 1/4" components for sale if you're interested? would compliment the head unit nicely! -
his website has taken a lot of stick on the forum for selling dodgy motors.. you should find some threads about him using the search. Legally you've done more than enough by offering a full refund. its up to him if he takes it. If hes got them sealed already, that was his choice and not up to you to pay for!
