before even thinking of upgrading the bulbs............best to get a headlight loom upgrade from either Gavin on here as H100VW or DIY it yeah sorry didnt make that clear. i ve got gavin's kit and wondered if anyone had the bulbs in and if they had any probs. cos its abit of ajump. (60watt to 100watt) :) cheers

has anyone got the 100watt rally bulbs in, and have you had to up grade the fuses or anying thing??? flowhen i done mine it was a bit of a squash but they do fit. if still having probs try squeezing them LIGHTLY across ways with some long nose pliers(the protective case bit). and i think the fuse should be atleast a 20. :)

yeah the german turbo'd vr6 its mint gotta be one of me fav c's looks so modern and that engine bay!!!!

imho i would go for an origanial wheel not a replica. would like to, but there not in 4stud (dont think). got some other idea's with a dished rim.

what do you people reckon on rs4 copies(4 stud) mirror polished on a slate grey c..... seen some s-line's done but not sure how the rs4s would look (s-line dont come in 4stud)............what you think?

think you should go for the TTs imo :wink: ......dont no bout the voodoos but if do a search on m15 vw or check members gallery thet've got the TTs on theres. so should give you some idea.

yep ordered grommet aswell...better make sure i push him up to 15% then for future refrence. :wink:

cheers henny....ive look at jimsg60 thread and it'll be handy when fitting new cable on saturday. pedal returns ok but revs just go to redline untill i pull pedal back towards me (even though it is where it should be). throttle lever does feel abit stiff,maybe.....but ill try the new cable saturday and hope its that....as the cable has felt stiff over last few weeks and no ones been near the throttle lever to damage it.(probelm just happened over night) thanks again by the way asked for me ccgb discount and he'd said never heard of it, and askd how much it was....without thinking i said 5% was that to little?

whats the best way to stop throttle sticking ? (couidnt find anything on the search)

:roll: sorry im a dum arse when it comes to under the bonnet.............(and most other things). but when i touch the accelator the revs either stick at 2000rpm or go allthe round to the redline.......think the cable is returning but the throttle is staying open.....not sure...anyone got a cure? cheers..

sorry to jump in here VEEDUBBED, but Henny is it just a case of getting 4x vr6 c rear disc and bearings. and thats it, fit straight on to each corner job done..........five stud here we come!!
