haah nice , been a while lol hope to pick her up this tuesday goto drive her back a few miles though so i guess ill be setled in by that time :)

hey guys , has been a while since i was last on here :( , my 2ltr finaly bit the dust and im in need of a new car , now ive been thinking of gettting a vr for a while but im in the position of a budgett of around 2k-2.5k , do you think i can get an ok one for that price or am i kidding my self and should get a micra or somthing ? :( there is also the option of course of going down the g60 route any advisee would be great , miss the rado feel

well last night i went for a bt of a fish and desided it was far too cold so i came back to the car , finding the battory was dead , so i got a freind to come down and jump me . anyway got home and the fan just stayed on runing down the batery , the alarm starts to go off and the fans still going , all the neighbours come out and tell me to be quiet etc , at this point i am sitting in the car hollding full beam on to kill the rest of the batery because its the only thing that stops the alarm (fans still going ) . with a handy can of red-bull i wweged in to hold full beam on i went inside . i am nowq having the problem of trying to work out how to disconect the fan motor from the batt without puling the wrong thing out , im guessing that the plug on the back of the faan is the one , but do you guys have any idea why the fan just stays on ? mant thanks :)

also - did i do wrong by just letting the coolant out and changing the rad and filing her up again - did i miss something? lol

its at the botom left on the fan side of the radiator , it screws in to the actual rad - no pi is dark sry anyone?

woohooo!!!!! arived the safternoon , got her in befor dark :) need a little advice , what does the twisty plug that screws into the rad do - i tryed to unscrew the actual plug rather than the big bolt and it just goes round and round now , could i have broken it? also how much cooler should the botom pipe be than the top? , top was quite warm but the botem took a while to get luke warm , thanks guys , hoping to take her for a run tonight to se if she cools well after any replys , and to get some anti freeze.

after getting an email saying the transaction didnt go through due to caffins!!!!! putting the money back on the card a week late!!!!!!! i have managed to secure the only one ecp had left via phone causing me to have to pay postage of 11 quid , caffins have managed to cost me 5 weeks of pain , and to top it all off ive put on halph a stone due to not having a car lol * thats my rant about caffins of portslade* should arive today lol

right , went to cafins got the money back and ordered one from ecp (stocked) saved 60 quid too , lets just hope it comes soon lol *fingers crossed* thans again lads
