lol - ok , wel its parked in a pub carpark at the moment , found the belt on the road it wasnt snaped but had freyed very badly - i will try to get it sorted near the pub , a freind of mine works for vw and recons hew can do it for free if i suply the belt :) - will it go faster without the belt on?

as you may be able to gues by the tittle my power asisted steering belt has just droped off :( - should i drive her? how long and how easy is it to fix ? will it go fastrer? many thanks

lol , both windows - think it is the wet swich because i put the fuse back in and it all works fine now :) - fingers crossed

Well yesterday my windows went down at speed in the rain on there own accord and are refuse to go up again :( tried using the full closure alarm but still no avail - managed to get them up after leaving the car for abit but they went back down when the drivers door is opened ??? my interior is looking prety nasty now and im in need of a litle help - have checked all fuses and there fine ANNY IDEAS ? THANKS , JUSTIN

What a p*ss*ng week - sory for the anger but you may relate on monday my fiance of 2 years packed up and went with no reason so i desided to drive to scotland and see a mate up there , long story short in a typical justin manner i got lost and did 5 laps of the m25 and came home :( so i went to the pub to do the traditional and i lost my spare car keys - the next day i went into brighton and steam started to poor out of the bonnet AGGHHHH!!!!! someone found my keys and new were i lived and had unscrewed the cap to the watter tank and hidden it in a diferent part of the engine bay , wa***ers. still havent found out who it is so im parking in random places around town at night what a week . thankyou for getting that off my chest , justin

hi - dudes - do i have a knock sensor? the reason i ask is that my c runs great sometimes - and outher times she seems to run quite retarded - not loads but still very noticable - sory to bring up this old thread ? can you guys also tell me were it is and how to test if its faulty - took her to vag-com but there were no error codes (and this was when the timming was out ) ???? cheers
