G60 Dub - the only rubbing I've had is on the rear when I had two mates in the back and hit a bump on the motorway, apart from that its been fine. One thing I would say about the rims is the dish gets chipped by stones and stuff.

Got round to finishing sound deadening my doors after the recent Focal group buy. Those speakers are excellent and love the oe look of the pods.

Graham-E I've got 8x17 et 35 but i've added 15 mm spacers to push the wheels further out. I got mine through Style Dynamix. Blu-Joe I'm sure you'd need to get some spacers on there for the Brembos. I'd be pretty close to the standard caliper if I didn't have the spacers. (standard brakes :( )

I've got ak's on mine and I think they're great for the money. Mines a daily driver as well and I've got no complaints over ride quality or handling. Got mine delivered from Gwent VW.

I got my spacers from Trackstore. They arrived quick enough and fit fine on the front but didn't sit flush to the hub on the rear, causing my wheels to wobble slighty when driving. Sent them back and they promised to do something about it but I'm still waiting :x Apparently the manufacturers got them now

When I want my passenger window to go down the regulator drops down fine, the problem is the window stays where it is and then falls! :mad: I believe the window is bonded to the regulator some how inorder for it to be pulled down - but how?? Is it glued in?? If so what sort of glue should I use - nothing seems to last very long so far. Also the window clatters like mad when its down and the door is closed - can I fix this at the same time?? Cheers

Think there are some photos in the members area but roughly speaking you can get a finger between the top of the trye and arch. As kev mentioned I run 205's and only get rubbing when hacking it two up, over bumps and the like. I have had to users spacers though to space the inside on the tyre wall away from the coilover platforms.

I've got 17X8's on mine (et 35) and you'll definitely need coilovers as the wheels will foul the strut. Will probably need a spacer as well.

I took mine apart a few weeks ago as mine has died a slow death as well. (still not sorted it :evil: ) But as Kev says the whole section does come out together with a bit of persuasion. Just gotta take the rear wiper motor out first and leave yourself plenty of time as its bloody fiddly :x

I'm running 8x17 et35 on mine with 15mm spacers.(so et20) The cars not super low but I've not had any issues yet. Should be some pics in the members gallery

Just dug out the receipt, the place was called Trackstore and I'm sure they did them for 5x100. You should be able to find them using google

I got my 15mm 4x100 spacers complete with bolts from a place called the rally centre or something :? They mailed them quickly and the price was a lot better than any of the others I found. I'll try and find the details for you.

Just got back from le ans myself this morning, absolutely knackered :? But a quality weekend and recommended to all. Didn't spot any C's but got some good pics. Know what you mean about the monkey bikes -gotta be carefull especially wandering around after a few beers :lol: :lol:

Does anyone know if the Ibiza Brembo's would fit under 8x17 et30 Keskin Racers. I was thinking of joining the group buy but am concerned about the dish on the wheels (which are ordered) Any advice appreciated

Cheers for the comments guys 8) The caliper paint is just the normal stuff available from Halfords about a tenner I think and seems to work well. Thats what I thought, he didn't mention any retrimming and I haven't found any receipts for it. The colour is not quite as beige as it appears in the pics - its probably somewhere between beige and light grey :roll: and fits in quite well with the rest of the car :)

FK do these adaptors as well, there in the brochure that Gwent VW sent me when I bought my coilovers. About £120 i think
