Mike pm sent. I've got some 17" Work splits for sale soon
-
Sounds like a dodgy account to me. I had the same thing with a guy selling a brembo kit on ebay a while back. Said he was from cornwall and wanted a western union transfer. I contacted ebay, and they thought it was dodgy as well.

How about an BMW M Coupe. Rear wheel drive, 321bhp and exclusive numbers . Looks a bit wierd but I like em! 8)

Sounds like your having similar problems to me. I recently changed my Kenwood headunit with another. Literally a plug and play affair as the connections at the back are the same. Now when I start the engine with the stereo already playing I get a thud through the speakers! Doesn't sound too healthy does it!! I can't understand it either as all my wiring is the same

Tuning Werkes in Croydon sell these. I'm sure there on the net somewhere

Had a Lupo GTI for a couple of days when they first came out. Absolutely brilliant fun and you can't help but rev them all the way :norty: and come out of the car with a huge grin across your face!

Depending on the price I'd be interested
-
I think i'd probably be up for a group buy
-
I had these on mine (ET35) and found the inner side of the wheel was quite close to the suspension leg. Used 15mm spacers to give me a bit of room and a wider look in the end (et20). Only used to rub with two big people in the back when going over bumps. Probably be putting mine up for sale soon

Haven't Style Dynamix started doing these? Sure they were in one of their adverts
-
I got them off ebay. The guy is apparently upgrading to 19"s to fit his bodykit and 6 pots on his MR2. Originally these wheels cost a fair amount - he mentioned it cost him 2.5k :shocked!: for them to be imported
-
They are 7". Would have ideally been 8's but can't be too fussy. I'll just put the spacers back on that I use for the Keskins. Should sit quite nicely then.
-
Nah not LM's - very similar though!. They are Work VS-XX 17". Don't see many of them about, they're a Japanese make.
-
Got my new summer wheels today, ready for next year 8) . Not sure whether I like the gold or not. Seems to go alright against the dark blue of the car but I think fully polished would look sweet. Think the Keskins may have to go :(

had a similar prob on mine turned out to be the distributor

I did ask for an 8v golf one aswell and was quoted 30 or quid so if you could grab the part number that would be great. Cheers
-
Supercharged when I phoned up a couple of branches in my area they told me they didn't sell G60 coils. What did you ask for? Cheers
-
Is that a VAG only part then Gavin? Cheers

Willl do. Anyone know what Hansa HT leads are like from ECP. There are meant to be an original equipment supplier but don't want to buy any old rubbish

In the last couple of days my car has started fine but about 5-10mins into my journey it has started to stutter and then cuts out. Once it dies it becomes difficult to start again, turning over but not firing (always seems to be at a busy junction  ) I've noticed it has been mild damp weather the last couple of mornings so not sure if that has anything to do with it? I'm going to change the HT leads, dizzy cap, clean the plugs etc but was wondering if its likely to be anything else. Any help appreciated as its getting bl00dy annoying and increasingly dangerous just stalling on roads :( Cheers
-
I'd still be up for one if we're doing the group buy thing. Not a member of ClubGTi
-
I 've fitted a Neuspeed lower temp fan switch anyway and have an uprated pacet fan, so this is coming on a lot more than previously. My reasoning behind the situation was the same as G60jet just wanted to make sure!!

Looking for a bit of advice from those that have Golf G60 intercoolers fitted to their C's. After some recent over heating issues all now seems to be fine however the oil and running temps are higher than they were b4 the fitting of the larger intercooler. I'm guessing this is purely because it is taking most of the air flow that used to travel through the rad. On a normal 20 minute drive without pushing it I seem to get oil temps of 105 and water at 100. Does this sound about right?? Sure it wasn't that high before. By the way an oil cooler is on the to do list 8) Cheers

I'll be up for a group buy. Ready to go as soon as everyone else is

Some recent pics: The South East rolling road day and my Pacet fan from Ebay modified to fit the original fan casing - that thing can seriously shift some air!!! also fitted a Neuspeed lower temp fan switch
