any ideas anyone?? why would my car jump start but not from ignition???

Well seeing as im the guy thats done it i guess im best qualified to talk about them!!!LOL The seats dont need cutting or anything to mount them in you only need to use the mounting subframes ive designed!! They sit in exactly the same place as the rado ones with full forward and back adjustment so you can have as much or as little rear legroom as you want! im six foot and never had any rear leg room behind my seat anyway the height which is the usual issue with other seats is fine as you still get the height adjustment with the frames ive built up i have plenty of head room..... the frames cost very little to have built up(less than £100) and the TT seats usually sell around £250-£350 thats including rears so it makes it a very cheap option... check out my gallery http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=36553 for more pics... hope this helps

with reference to the title ...you know your low .... when the recovery bloke walks up and says s**t thats low and it takes him half an hour to get your rado on the back of his truck!!!

after no end of running problems a few months ago see previous thread... http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=39186&highlight=car+automobile+hates i thought all had been cured but today my rado has decided to go wrong again!!! basically car ran fine for 30mins or so and then with no warning total power loss and died.... so i coasted to a stop and tried to re start it and nothing car turned over but would not fire up.... some friendly people gave me a push and the car jump started... ok i thought will drive home but oh no to simple.... the minute i dropped the clutch and slowed down it died again.... again would not start and no friend people too push!!! so i rang the good old green flag and warned them it was very low!! so they sent out a flat bed wagon and half hour later the recovery man managed to get it on the back took me home and dropped the car off! after struggling to push it down the gravel drive on my own appart from a few minutes when the local p*ss head tried to help and fell over the fence( very funny but not very helpful!) i had the rado half in the garage when my mate rang i answered the phone and slammed the drivers door and to my horror watched the window rise up and the doors lock... yes the key was still in the ignition!! as where the house keys my BMW's keys and garage keys!!   life doesnt get any better!!! So i proceeded to break into the rado to retrieve my keys.....!! well after that long story if any of you are still reading this and havnt fell of your chairs laughing at my miss fortune i was wondering what might have caused the rado to die, i have checked the spark seems ok and you can smell the fuel so its getting both of them.....? could it be the imobiliser? (but would have thought the engine would not turn over)? finally the girlfriend scraped her car along a fence post just to top the day off!!! wing needs painting and a new bumper

you dont see that every day!!!

just after some advice i am a complete novice to brakes and i am about to attempt swopping my 16v 250 brakes to a g60 280 setup..... i have all the relevant setup calipers and carriers discs and goodridge hoses etc..... and lots of enthusiasm....! but i could do with some simple step by step advice.... will i need to drain the system? before starting? dont want brake fluid everywhere! after fitting will i need to bleed the master brake cylinder? if so where is it located!! oh the car is a 93K 16V cheers in advance....
-
I like them.... but i would not do it to mine because too many other people have done it and it is a very obvious mod... again each to their own i think sometimes people are very quick to put someones effort down... if they like it so what??
