  4. Was wondering if anyone had a labelled up photo/image of a VR6 engine/engine bay, think it would quite a useful resource for people (me included!)
  5. Cheers Dinkus. Going to go and have proper look..
  6. Yes, how do you mean the resale value? because people wont pay for a stolen recovered car?
  7. There is no damage and it has original keys...
  8. What are the pitfalls of buying a car that is stolen recovered?? Apart from having to apply for a new log book, is it a bad idea?
  9. Where do you put your shopping? :)
  10. Just drive one, afterwards all the 'potentional' problems dont seem to matter as much!
  11. Yea i only found this out recently, very useful. And keeps you entertained while driving! hehehe
  12. Tell me about it, i only ever see 2 on a regular basis, a valver and a g60. Christ that looks like it hurt! bet your well glad you werent in the C. Another good reason for having a second car!!
  13. yea, good point... might invest i a bike.... The idea of transport stuff was for when the c is in bits and I need to get some parts...
  14. hahaha... Could get a push bike, not good for transporting bits n suff tho and when theres a thunder storm ill have no way of getting to work (without getting soaked) Ive look at buses, but to do a 5 minute car journey would not only be more expensive than driving a VR6, but also take 50 minutes and involve a change..
  15. Hmm, didnt read that properly. And as I understand it the tax exemption law for cars over 25 years is allowed anymore..
  16. At the minute I live 5 minute drive from work, mostly through traffic and the C hardly breaks 20mpg. I have been considering getting a real cheap low emission car e.g Fiat Panda (i know!) can pick one up for 200 quid + 40 a year road tax. Itll use half the petrol and save putting pointless miles on the C, also will allow me to work on the C without having to worry that I need it drivable for the week. Does anyone else do this???
  17. Ha - I love how everyone says Baaarrrnnnsleh when I mention where im from. Never gets boring!!! :) Sorry... Please dont eat me.
  18. lol.. baarrnsleh I was always told as a kid, never go to barnsley. Now I know why.
  19. thatll be it then... it was v nice either way! Dont get many Cs round me, theres only 4 that i see regularly
