spotted 2 in 2 days, 1st one was yesterday about 5pm, blackberry with what looked like wrd mesh wheels, was parked on a driveway on weston way northampton. 2nd one was on the back of a truck on the a45 heading towards wellingborough, looked like it was a rolling shell on the way for a re-spray somewhere.

looks the same colour as mine, as walesy said, twilight violet.

m reg vr, turning right onto the barrack road by the mounts medical centre. looked like aqua blue. had the rear vw badge turned upside down. waves exchanged etc

Have you got the correct kit? I know eibach do one for the vr6 and one for the valvers/g60. Not sure if you'd be able to fit the wrong one or not, had the vr6 kit fitted to my old vr but they sent the wrong kit out 1st.

yes you can, but the surround that the indicator clips into will be part of it.

i'd be up for a red lit one with the blue and red on the temp dial in the middle.

a couple of w-ends ago i fitted a mk2 golf gti big bumper spoiler, after my 50mm one had decided to come loose in the middle. so bumper off, old spoiler un clipped, golf one lined up quite nicely, fitted some new bolts and hey presto. now i have trouble gettin on and off my drive!! oh well such is life in the weeds!! :lol:

ooo another rado in sunny northampton, shame some folks dont look when driving!!! bloody morons, hate driving around here as peeps just seem to be in there own world when driving, 1 second they look like there friving ok and then bang, they decide they wanna be on the piece of road where you are!!! idiots. anyway, hope ya get it sorted lorns. and if you do visit steve denton, dont say to him you have plans for ya rado, it will come out looking loads different!!!! :lol:

the fact you've thought about it, then joined up on here and then posted. that just says to me you want one really badly!!! just go and buy one and enjoy the soundtrack, like others have already said in here, yeah they will get you down, but fap me i still love my rado!! :lol: :lol:

got one on my vr and had no probs with it, had a foam cone filter before and that had it. if you do go for 1 just make sure that when you oil it up that its fully dry before re fitting. as has already been said it can foo bar the maf right up!! :lol:

nice, looking smooth. love the huge dish on the rears. good choice imo

i had a 318is a few years back, was a 98r. m-tech kit, half leather sports seats, climate control. had it for a couple of years and the only thing that went wrong on it was the cat, that was changed under warrenty as well. nice solid cars and a good drive, not as enjoyable as a rado but if its for work then i guess you wont be hooning about!!! :lol:

im with you on this, ive never had a problem with mine being sprayed and flashing red/orangey, got it through 2 mot's and used to go from northampton to surrey every w-end. m1,m25 and through a few towns. never ever had any issue's from the old bill. and long may it continue!! :lol:
