yeah luckily enough he did the thing is everyone knows how much i love me car an when they found out about the tesco incident they've been windin us up like,sayin things like "sorry mate,i've just caught ya door we mine" so i though this was just another windup!!but now,he's scraped it that hard he pulled the chrome strip of his bumper on his wanky rover!!! he says he was reversin past mine an turned an just caught it we his front bumper!!how bad are some drivers!what the point in havin a nice car if idiots dont care about how they drive there own cars? seriously considerin packin the "havin a nice car " game in,i cant be bothered we the hassle that goes along we it :?

i can't fookin believe it!!!!! some t w a t has scraped my rear bumper in the works carpark now!!!! i'd only just polished the old scratchs out an touched up the paint an it was lookin good,now this clowns done it an its a right mess!!!gonna need resprayin for sure!! the paints cracked off an through to the black plastic in places,so off i go again gettin quotes(when the flood waters drop :lol:) an the bright side of things,i've still got the 275 from the last clown that scraped me,this quotes gonna be higher has theres more damage,with my calculations i only need another 4 or 5 scrapes an i can buy a screw charger :lol: startin to think i'm maybes better of sellin her an gettin a 300 quid shed :lol: just drive it like a fookin loony an just not look after it then i wouldnt car about dents an scratches!!

yup the weather is mega bad!! the route home for me was closed due to floodin so i had to take a detour to get on the A1 as that was the only way i could get home,some of the lakes i had to drive through were deep steam firin out of the engine bay,exhaust makin the pools bubble like i jacuzzi,bet the rear end looked like speed boat :lol: when i eventually made it through to the A1 it was some of the worst drivin conditions i've seen!!!!yet clowns still seemed to be tailgatin etc :?

yeah i know money is an issue,but i reckon 375quid is not an unrealistic amount to have saved to rescue a rare rado? i'm sure craig would have been happy to have took a deposit while to save the car whilst the new owner had raised the funds. another thing for me was that its a fair trek to where craig lives an without T&T an nobody to get it up to donny i was kinda fooked

money is the only reason its bein broke,for what he paid for it he knows he'll easily double his money in parts,its only of value to an enthusiast which clearly the new owner isn't.and lets face it craig has advertised it on here where he wanted someone to take it on and save it.even i was goin to buy it @ one stage but circumstances changed an i needed the cash for other things tbh i'm really surprised that it never sold on here,i actually saw the car an didn't think it would have took that much money to put right,like u say its a shame to be broken for bits,we all had our chances to save a rado but chose not to :(

i removed all my roof strips,the plastics where the wipers are an satin blacked them,worked a treat 8) i also spray tyre silk on my front splitter for that good as new look :lol:

well just spoke to griff and he has now left the fold!! gutted as i was going to try an get him to swap his porker seats for my recaros today :lol: nevermind i hope the next owner has as much fun from her as griff did :D

tis a strange one,just recently i've had two chances to sell mine for a considerable amount.but something stopped me from doin it :? not sure what it was?sometimes i wish i could sell it :lol: when you drive an everyday car say ford focus,although they are nice an comfy to drive they just dont stand out even the RS versions dont seem to stand out ,yet every time i go out in the rado it gets noticed,even had people drivin up along the side of to try an get a better look :lol: and when its just parked up in a carpark it seems to have presence compared to other cars around it (dont know if any of that makes sense i'm really tired :lol: )

not had it repainted yet but got the cash to sort it out though,tbh most of it has polished out which i'm pleased with :D

that was going to be my exact question, I have been wondering that for ages. Personally I would only go for the bonnet section of the bra, not the full (around the head lights) thing, they look bad, and fit bad from what I have seen. I do think I'll be investing in the bonnet bit when I finally get mine resprayed though. Whats a ball park figure on the cost? think there about 65 notes,got mine off a fellow forum member

just been to the dealers for a quote,was quite surprised with an estimate of 270quid,mind u thats the min price.he said it could be more if theres any damage behind the bumper or if they have to blend the colour in,also minus the cost of taking the bumper offalso he says its a 2 day job an i'll get a curtsy car. waitin for me mate who painted it last time to come round this afternoon to give me a quote,then i will take them the good news :)
