Help, Disconnected my batter at the weekend to do some work and now my Sigma alarm is not working. Checked all fuses, switched system off and on again, central locking works with keys (full closure system). When I reset the system the alarm triggers and makes a racket, howerver my fob is not de-activating or locking up the car Any ideas????

After blowing my engine up 4 months ago my Corrado is now back on the road, I managed to get another VR6 engine with only 2k more miles than my original engine. My question is this..... Do I now need to get it tuned etc? Everyone I've spoken to in the garages say that the ECU will adjust everything and there is no need to do anything. The new engine has 89000 miles on it and came directly out of another VR6 that had only been sat idle for @2 months, changed oil, plugs, collant etc....... Do I need anything else?

I've got a 88k L reg, totally un-modified VR6 and I'm getting @28MPG. Is this normal? I know VR6's are a bit thirsty but this much? I've also had an engine refit and I know it needs tuning, also my rear tyres olny had 18PSI. This could've been a problem. Anyone know what I should be expecting on average?

Everyone, My Corrado is going to be back on the road tomorrow, after having to fit a new engine as the last one blew! The questions I have are these... Do I need to fill out my logbook with the new VIN? Does this count as a mod? Would I need to notify the insurance companies? Any help would be appreciated Thanks

OK, Thanks to all for informing be that I cannot do the Xenon Headlamp Mod (easily), so how about this one.... Its the "shark Fin" you see on the new BMW's that's the radio ariel, I think it looks pretty cool, and I reckon it should be straightforward, however as proved in my other subject about the Xenon's it might not be. anyone know?

How about just the bulbs? or do they look naff?

Not the model!!!! I've seen the models referred to as Mk1 Mk2 etc... I've got a 94 VR6 on an L plate, which Mk would that be anyone?
-
Anyone done this and got pics? I love the look of them on the audi's and bm's and quite fancy doing the mod on my VR6. Failing that...'cause they are expensive, what about just the bulbs? does anyone know if they make a serious difference?
