how much do reckon a twin turbo setup would cost and what bhp would be likely

it's ok mate call it a donation to the forum or just have a couple of beers on me its going into the bodyshop on sat for a quote the works insurance will cover repairs thankfully, i think i'll need a new boot lid and spoiler the panel below the boot hopefully will be beaten out otherwise i've no idea how they'll get it fixed..think i'll ask the bloke to recommend a full respray to guarantee a colour match you know ha ha

glad u guys had a good day i've just had the worst few days of my life saturday= 3 new toyo proxies in anticipation of rr day £195 went out on saturday nite for my mates birtday only intending on having a few beers and an early nite ended up havin an absolute skin full and fell over the garden gate trying to get in the house cracking a rib in the process as i found out when i woke up the next morning and felt like i'd been hit by a bus so instead of a day of corrado maddness i spent 3 hours in casualty. :mad: :mad: AND to top it all off just getting ready to leave work on monday night and one of the directors reversed his mitsubishi pickup into the back of my car :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: bootlid creased, spoiler cracked and the panel below the boot a huge big dent and paint scraped to the metal :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: i don't know what i did but somebody up there is taking the complete pi** out of me

got zimmerman cross drilled and pagid fast road pads good performance but a wee bit dusty

looks like i've got a oil leak from rocker gasket in two places left rear above a circular indent and on the front right hand corner guessing i'll have to replace it is it diy or is it difficult

the rubber directly in the middle of the windcreen has become loose and pops out when i get above 80 which is all to often i'm afraid :D it makes quite a racket whats the best method of securing it has this happened to any of u guys before??

I screwed mine on to the headlight plastic no drilling 4 small self tappers job done! sweet as a nut

i'll be in that as well not sure whether i'll be leaving from oban or irvine but i'll figure that out and work out the best place for me to meet up with you all :D

bloody thing wont fire up again just turns over but won't start the isv is the small cylinder type thing with a plug on top at rear right of the engine (technical description there) :oops: cos it's started making a fairly loud buzzing noise help me please i'm going on holiday 2moro and if it's not fixed i'm going to be pissed off for two weeks till i get back

I've used meguairs 3 step very impressive results but a long shift with three different steps i was told ur better with the clay bar first pure polish second then the gold class wax. i'm going to try the gold class next wax i'll let u know if its any better

it ended up being the dizzy it's self totally knacked mechanic said it wasn't even putting out a signal anyone heard of this before i managed to pick up a second hand unit of ebay for 25 bucks start up is still a bit crap and it hunts sometimes when i pull up at junction so i guess i'll have to try the idle valve as well when i get some money

mine was doing the same ended up being the distributor it was totally dead managed to get replacement off ebay for 25 quid though

the bloody think won't start at all now any idea's on how to get it going itll i get the new idle valve ?? is the idle valve an easy diy replacement

my 93 vr6 seems to be going mental its always been a wee bit hesitant to start but the other morning it wouldn't play ball it was turning over but just wouldn't fire up could smell petrol very strongly checked the oil dipstick was a touch low filled up to max tried it a few times more and still nothing, left it for about 15 mins then tried it again and it started second try. sometimes when i pull up at the lights the revs seem to jump up and down kind of going to low then something kicks in and over compensates :? help

doh i just figured out how it could of got wet i power washed the bonnet hinges cause they were mingin with grease and muck with the engine running water must have made it's way down theinside seam and hey presto into the air box :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:

just opened the filter housing and the first third of the filter was very wet with a load of dead flies and crap stuck to the underside anyone experienced this before i don't see how water could get up to there from the vents to cool the radiator. :? :? :? :? :?

i've just done mine with hamerite smooth yellow they look magic i just power washed them then good going over with wire brush slap the paint on two coats job done 45 mins a corner hamerite is miles cheaper than caliper paint just as good if not better more colour choice

is that a full set of bushes front and rear ?????

ive been offered a set of toyo poxies 205-50-15 for standard speedlines off a guy on ebay some sort of dealer 150 sheets is this a good price/good tyre ive not researched tyres very much thought someone on here would have some experience :?
