My last VR6 engine built by stealth was rolling 221BHP. Was a beast in my golf mk2 shell :)

I'd say so mate, but i would say that being club chairman We run regular shows/ and club organised events, have done for nearly 10 years now. Next event is rolling road day, then a welsh mountain road trip in September, then Brooklands in October :) Entirely upto you mate, everyone these days are members of multiple clubs and forums that each offer something different that benefits you. Least they put it on bricks, and not dropped it on the floor damaging brake disks and bodywork.

Took 4 years to rebuild mine, it was unloved and needed headgasket, chains, matrix etc. doing before it drove, engine has been out twice, and had to do front sub frame and all brake hard lines too http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.126887044131.105671.512334131&type=1&l=972813345f No matter what condition its in there is hope, you can easily get a new stereo, and pick wheels up cheap enough, so start looking for parts, you don't have to rush, as I say, mine was a 4 year project and its drives superb.

The 120 wasn't! I noted that on way to MOT station 2 mile up the road... The lower temps are on a spirited drive after I replaced.

My febi heat exchanger has been working great, oil temps have gone from 120 to around 104 - 106.

Not at all, Jim. There's only a few more steps to perform than removing the manifold. Just make sure your injectors are seated correctly after, a little bit of oil wiped onto the new seal helps.
