as i'm a very recent member (having just acquired a black '96 VR6), forgive me if this has been posted b4, but i'm interested in what other cars do Forum members have jockeying with your 'Rado for a spot in the garage, blocking their driveway or disgruntling the neighbours for taking all the spaces in your street?? at the moment i have - '55 Oval VW (restoration job waiting for my payrise), '67 VW 1300 (my first car - and slow as it may be, i still can't part with the fella!), a '97 Ibiza Cupra (cheap rouand-town fun, sadly soon to be set loose now that the VR6 is the daily driver) and a recently rescued from a field near Winchester '56 Tatra 603 (how absurd is a 3L aircooled V8??)...

I keep seeing a white J-plate 16v in Southampton... last seen 3 cars back while dodging the GATSOs along Millbrook Road around 13:30 yesterday heading into town. Also seen it parked in Atherley Road... Has a distinctive blue 'Dove' sticker just below the rear C-badge... any takers?

Classic Green 16v on an L plate in Totton Health Centre car park - Fri afternoon... so thought I'd park next to it and 'protect' at least one side of the car from thoughtless door-dinks. Didn't impress my better half, as now she knows why it's such an effort to get out of the car as it's noticeably lower than stock! :twisted:

a belated addition to this thread... but hi, i am the :mrgreen: guy who recently purchased Kieron's VR6 so if any of you happen to mistakenly cross the borders into hampshire and see a slightly-too-tall-to-be-driving-this-motor bloke, give us a wave*!! *or spare dash switch-blanking plate if you have one :wink:
