just found out my m8s dad makes model railway stuff so will be able to get the leds from him (fingers croosed), but has anyone got a list of what led's ect are to need to change the ones in a C from green to red?

as for and what to look for theres a check list in the 'knowladge base', and my tip for whitch model would be to take a drive in all of them and weigh it up agasnt cost, insurance ect to see witch is best for you. good luck with your search tho m8.

shes not perfect tho, heres a list of things that need fixing: .spoiler only works on switch .heater blower only works on 4 .handbrake cover needs fixing/replaceing .need new p/side fog and d/side indicator .uprated wipers and headlight loom .and could do with a 50mm chin spoiler and wind up the coilovers a bit, i like it low dont get me wrong but im having trouble getting off the drive and the ride is HARD as nails .plus .the never ending sreach for sqeeks! ive got another list of things i want for her but its alot longer than that one :roll: :)

havnt had time to do much yet except just got the stereo working, oil and fillter change, driving alot (cant get enought of that nosie) and about a 5 hour inside and out cleaning marathon (and it needed it)!

ok so as some of you know i bought 'Marty_vr6' C last weekend, when i first started looking for a vr6 about a year ago i was after a mint standard low miler so i could mod it the way i wanted. but then i thought i could save myself alot of time and cash by getting one with some of the major mods already done. and when this C came up for sale, how could i say no..........just look at it :lol:

ive been looking into both of those, but dont know where to get the headlight loom from and if i can just put any model lupo arms on or dose it have to be the gti?

i meant wipers and you know it.......or did i :lol: i knew it would be pricey, just wasnt ready to hear it was £180 for four lamps! and swfblade, NickVR6, your wright about the noise, especially since i dont have a stereo at the mo! but once im driving my C all is forgiven!

yea i must say that your C is coming along very nicely m8, keep it up.

M15 VW, your C's look good and putting out some good numbers on the rollers, really want to do mine before i get too stuck into the list of mods.

had my C for a week now, after some driving (LOVE that sound) and some cleaning it about time to start sorting/fixing the little bits: .spoiler .whippers .stereo .and my p/side fog has a stone hole in it and my d/side indicator is cracked, instead of just changing these i decided it would b best to swap all four lamps for new (so theyd all look the same eg new). so i headed to gsf where after a 5min wait the bloke told me they didnt do them, which is ok because euro parts is just round the corner. so went there and asked them and after a quick look on the computer the guy said "are you sure you want all four lamps", i said yes then he told me it was nearly 180 notes :shocked!:! i said id have to leave it for now and slid back out under the door :oops: . is that really what im going to have to pay :?:
