well ive been lookin at 2 C said about it in this thread http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=40349 im leaning towards the moded one with the higher miles, but i keep thinkin less miles is beta, specialy since im spending 4-5K!?

alot of the vr6 C you i for sale in the up to 5K price range now have over 100K on the clock (yes i no there over 10 years old now), and i no that with a good service history the vr6 should still run like a dream. but how many of you guy/girls got your C with 100K+ on it, and how have they been?

im looking 2 buy a vr6, found 2 really great C at around the 4k mark. but i dont no which to go for, ones black and standard apart from some not so nice 17's with 85k on the clock. the over has already had some mods done- bmc, coilovers, full s/s exhaust and nice rims but 113K. both have FSH and black leather with fully workin sunroof, spoiler ect. but should i buy the black one get my hands dirty(which i dont mind), spend more money on coilovers ect and make the C my own? or buy the over one with some major bits done, save myself some time and money and spend my extra cash on engine mounts, suspention bushes, brakes, remap ect? what im asking is would you want to start from the begining and do things your way or could you take someones eles hardwork and just change the bits you dont like? and do the mile really matter? any help very welcome.

nah black mate, not trying to copy u, just love the look of D90's on a black C! goin to go for smoked rear lights, front fogs & indicators, and side repeaters i think tho!?

i think the smoked option would look ok. has anyone got them on there C, if so have you got any pics? and has anyone ever seen smoked front fogs and indicators on a C to?

not 100% but think the D90's have a offset off 52?

im after some 8x16 D90's for my vr6, the set im looking at are 5x100 and come with 205/40/16 rubber and 25mm adaptors. will these go straight on and how far should i wind down the highsports for a good look, without any arch problems (40mm)? oh and dose anyone no of a good place to get them polished up in the dorset area?

think ill just run the speedlines in the winter then, cheers matre.

Riley, i really want a set of polished D90's. but ive heard they can be a bit of a pig to look after is this ture (beariin in mind im goin to using my vr6 as a daily driver for a bit)? and would 205/40/16 on 8x16 and 25mm adaptors be ok?

C looks good mate, and those rims on that mk5 are BIG & tasty! i couldnt make it at the wkend so im glad someone took some pics so i can see what i missed on on :cry: . anyone got more?

guys/girls ive read on here somewhere that most aftermarket rear lights for the C dont seem to fit properly, is this ture? if soo which company make the bests fitting, and if none of them do is there a way to mod the light to set as the orginal ones?

this seems like the rite place to ask this, i really want to fit a set of D90's on my vr6 (7x16 or 8x18 all round) what spacers/adaptors if any will i need and will i have any rubbing problems with a 50mm drop on FK highsport coilovers?

cant find them on the net anywhere, dont surpose you know who sales them? so i can look up prices and sizes for my friens mk3 vr6? thanks m8.
