time to bring this tread back i think! 16VG60, did u ever get round to makin some vr front mounts? and has anyone had one fitted, as i need a new mount for when i fit my schrick-and i dont really want to pay 120 notes for a VT one!?

ok guys i konw that the whole wet carpet thing has been done to dead, and i have used the search. but i couldnt find anything on there bout drivers side leaks? have already checked the door seals, door membrain, it souldnt be air intake vent as that a normaly attached to the passenger side leaks (plus it was all fine when i put in my swg cover a few wks back!) and my heater matrixs is fine. so any ideas? all help will be greatfully reseved thanks Dave

herisites, im think of chargin it sumtime in the future-just not yet. so i may hold on to the DZ's till then and sell them to fund the carger, not sure yet!? and iow_corrado_g60, there not for sale yet mate it will depend on how my cash flow looks early next year, im just tryin to work out what there worth?

dont really want to sell them mate, but coz im goin to fit my schrick mani & cams early next year i want to uprate the stopin power too! and im afraid like u i cant go any bigger in disc or caliper size coz theres just no room with these on & dont think better standard disc & pads will do the trick :cry: :( :cry: ! on the slight up side i do have 2 mayb 3 (if i get round to polishin the 3rd set) very nice sets of rims in may garage to chose from :mrgreen:

alrite guy/girls, wasnt sure where to put tis as its just a feeler at the mo. not really that keen on sellin my DZ's as they make my C look FAT 8) , but i may need the cash for other things come beginin of next year im afraid :cry: . they 9x16" all round & are in really good condition with only miner krebin on 2 of them (done b4 i got them, as i dont park next to kerbs!), there fitted with 205/40's for that nice streached look with at least 5mm of tread on them. so what do u think theyd be worth?

yea it would be good to see what (if any) differance havin a charger & a schrick is to just a charger? bout very much better than a standard vr6 i would think!?

thinkin of cleanin up the interior of my C with new carpets & retrimin the roofliner & visors. so while thats all out i mit as well put in some new soundproofin! anyone got a link for this 'brown bread' stuff, think ill use that on the doors, rear sides & roof then go for the cheap b&q stuff on the floor & boot area.

supersprint is "the one to have" but cost a s**t load! so ive gone for the raceland item, aswell as many other members im sure. theres a guy on ebay sellin them for about 140notes.

so it looks like i wont have that much cash over xmas, dont think the girlfriends goin to like hearin that one :!: but on the very slight up side it'll give me chance to get some other bits done to, like new soundproofin, new carpets, retrim headliner & visors!

thanks fuck'z, but im not feelin the love for my C as much 2day. put it in for its MOT yesterday (first with me) & im afraid to say it didnt go well! heres the list fualts: * ABS light dose not come on * nearside headlights out of aim * offside headlight out of aim * nearside rear wheel bearin has excessive play * offside rear tyre depth to low thats not to bad i hear u say, well it gets worse * nearside front lower supension arm mounting gone * offside front lower supension arm mounting gone * nearside rear brake pipes excessivly corroded * offside rear brake pipes excessivly corroded * center brake pipe excexxivly corroded * exhaust emission too high (witch i knew it would be) now at this point i thought 'ok, glad i dont have to pay for the schrick till feb now'. then the tester (my dads mate) said 'now then theres a bit on the advisory list'. and that goes like this: * nearside rear supension arm mount goin * offside rear supension arm mount goin * nearside front brake pipe goin * offside front brake pipe goin * offside rear wheel bearing slight play * center exhaust has minor leak so all in all A TOTAL PAIN IN THE ASS & WALLET THAT I DONT NEED!
