Heard before of people getting a telling off from the police (though not been taken to court)for flashing lights to warn others of speed cameras. I dont see the problem to be honest at the end of the day the aim is to get divers to slow down. So warning them of the speed gun would do that. It does indeed look like money is the centre of the story. The rubbish bin case if absolute madness also. :cuckoo:

Is it the weather or something!!! Found out today a lass at work had 2 of her tyres slashed and a lad had all 4 of his tyres slashed (though i dont know if he's upset someone). -
 If im honest i quite like the look of that. But thats all i do know about them. Shame its got a HUGE Peugeot badge on the front of it. But yes, definately a TT lookalike.

The pick up thing? you actually win a pick up on one of the races. I sold it for the £££ and didnt realise id need it. Cant seem to find one either. If anyone has one i can borrow feel free to send if over :D

Height looks fine on that pic bud :D -
What race do you have to win to get the Veyron? The Mclaren F1 LM is also a mighty car and thats when i havent modded it in anyway.

I wouldn't not buy the game because you can't upgrade the brakes. It's not like the brakes are noticeably cak or anything. You can play with the ABS and traction control so it's not like you're without options. The brake upgrade would just basically be .... Upgrade Brakes? Yes? Thanks, that's 5,000 credits. Yeah i agree, i dont think they could make them any better then they are now. They're good now without an 'upgrade'.

Someone will confirm but i think you just disconnect the pipe going from the air box to the charger and spray it in there.
-
Even better :D
-
Its no. 2 on the pic which seems to be the problem area. Though the etka pic is inaccurate as it doesnt connect to the breather box at the front left, it connects rear left. Front right is the air intake.
-
Aye i'll have to take a good look at it.
-
Not sure how/why its leaking though, the pipe is connected as far on as it will go. Jubilee clip it is. Just when i thought the issue was sorted.

You can change the wiper arms and blades to eithe a Mk1 TT or a Lupo (2 x drivers side arms and blades). But not sure about the wiper mechanism. If you do the wiper conversion you may have to change the motor if its a bit old and just strains with the different blades and arms, as they'll be more friction on the screen. Not always necessary though. You can either make your own loom if your handy with electrics. Failing that, there is a member on here who makes them. It fits straight to your existing loom... a little wire snipping required. But full instructions are provided.

I got to the end of the street and just down the road it was fine. But now it hesitates when driving and it idles rubbish. It did this whilst the RAC bloke was here, but theres a vacuum pipe top right of the engine just between it and the suspension turrent (see pic Easypops posted). I knew about this, but its not a secure connection, its one of those pipes that just pushes onto the other pipe, not clip or anything. He made sure it was on correctly and it ran fine. I took another look (best i could with only street lights for illumination) and it looked ok. But there is a slight hiss coming from there. I may go get a jubilee clip to ensure its tight. I'll have to take another look tomorrow after work if its not too dark.

OK, spoke a little too soon. It does run where as before it didnt. However its still misfiring. Im guessing this coolant temp sensor fault could be the problem? (signal too high)
-
weeeyheey got it started. Though i over looked something. I tried starting it today and it would fire but die straight away. When the RAC bloke came he noticed one of the HT leads had come off the plug  Though im sure it was connected correctly - apparently it would have lost 2 cylinders not just the one if a HT leads has come off. It fired up and was really lumpy would barely idle. Found one of the vacuum pipes although connected, wasnt tight enough. So although the sparkplugs were knackered and needed replacing, it was my own fault i couldnt get it started afterwards. Though i dont mind so much as at least its sorted. Gonna take it for a drive. Though there's still the issue of the temp sensor. Will have to scan it again. Thanks for the help James :D

Ive always thought the TR1s are great tyres for the money. Wouldnt say they're the best but wouldnt say they're bad either.

The importance of leaving a car in gear. Sorry to hear you're problem Jim, glad to hear its only a small mark, but still it infuriating.

RAC do windscreen replacement. EDIT - not sure what they're like as ive never had to get a windscreen replaced. -
Yeah thats the one. I could only do 1 min 4s, the RX7 just wanted to go sideways and spin if you went too fast round corners.
-
Stil not having it. It sort of half starts but dies straight away. Had to call RAC out :(
-
It was a bonus race, i had 10 laps to pass 10 cars that were spread out through out the track. Found it a tough tbh.
-
i'll take it mate. :D thanks I gave the seasonal events a go last night, well one of them the RX7 one. Found it tough. How does it work then, do you only get the prize money if you finish 1st?
