  1. hahaha, still want your rim being bent? On a serious note though, good luck to you, hope youre successful mate. We pay our road tax for a reason.
  2. well like i said i usually only have sidelights on and the fogs on, so it wont be as bright as others who do same. Plus those halogen ones are ALOT brighter. Sorry mate, didnt mean to sound obnoxious. I understand what you're saying, but the corrado lights are so cr@p that just headlights doesnt illuminate the road too well
  3. Bar stewards arent they mate. I rang them the day after, happened on a friday night at 7pm and it was dark. I managed to get pics :) But they first filled the hole in on the monday after badly at that and then the end of the week they had 6 large dumping trucks and big yellow sign saying road works for next five weeks!!! At least the road is nice and smooth, well one side of the carriageway is so far.
  4. Didnt know that about the front fogs crack. I took the hint about the flashing. Hence turned both on got out of car and had a look how bright they were when looking at them and they werent even that bright. We're talking 4 in 500 cars that ive passed have flashed. Not enough to suggest that im blindign everyone. What exactly do i need apart from the new wiring loom, what fuses also? Is it an easy job? Can you tell me how its done?
  5. All this talk about parking accidents :( At least they are easy to avoid as explained above. The real danger is with other drivers and adding them to road conditions makes them 10 times worse. I had a stupid woman in a corsa pull out in front of me yesterday, she realised i was coming and stopped, in the middle of the road of all places!!! i ended up slamming on the anchors sliding 50 meters (was only about a foot from hitting her as i slid passed and bounced off the curb. Now my alloy is damaged. Good job it was the left front. I hit a pothole last month with that same wheel. Left a nice dent in the rim. Hole had yellow square round it which says they were suppose to be working on it. So im now in the process of claiming the money for a new one from them. SLOW as it is.
  6. no worries mate. Dunno what the rest of you are like but i ask questions on here frequently as my knowledge of cars is limited. Thats what we're all hear for........ to help!
  7. Yeah simple really. Press once for front fogs and twice for rear and front fogs on. I usually put side lights on with the front fogs on. Headlights are poo! Sometimes with both headlights and front fogs on, but occasionally ill get people flashing me like im blinding them. Ive check out what they look like with both fronts on and they dont seem over bright.
  8. Can add another to that list H8RRA, mine was wrote last march due to uneconomical repairs. It was a sad day for me. H8RRA is that lutterworth show, what year?
  9. Yeah you can pull it out far enough, arent sure if it depends on the individual handles. But mine i could pull out. Im not sure how the cable comes out, whether you jsut pull it out or not. Didnt want to break it so i did handle with cable attached. It'll be all gravy
  10. Id like to see it change a tyre! 8) It'd be fecked then. lol

what kind of noise will it be, a rattle, a squeak? didnt feel too bad when it was low and i mean below min mark. Felt a tad heavy, still does now ive topped it up. But its not over heavy. really heavy compared to our lasses lupo. I know its a small lighter car anyway. But you can drive hers with one finger.

oh dear, ive just topped mine up as it was VERY low. Steering doesnt seem any different even though the level was really REALLY low. Didnt get VAG PAS fluid, bought Slick 50 PAS fluid
  14. Looking good turbo. Niiice! 8) Seen the 3rd brake lights on the american model at shows, dont know if they were factory standard or not, were any rados american or otherwise built with this 3rd light? Looks good. Have to agree with KevHaywire though, id rather have the high level one. \still i like it.
  15. Yeah but it isnt absolutely necessary to take handle completely off, you can do it with out removing the cable. I did both doors without taking pump cable out (with some help of course). Yes, becareful that you dont pull on the cable too much. May take 2 people to get the original pin out though (one to hold handle other to put screw in and knock it out). Which ever way you want to do it. :changes:
  16. Yeah i thought it didnt. My 2.0 8v had ABS didnt really notice the clicking of the brake pedal
  17. Yeah nice job! Can i ask a question. The G60 spec list states that it has ABS as standard. My 2.0 8v had ABS and the light to go with it. My G60 however doesnt have a ABS light, which suggests it doesnt have ABS?
  18. I use a g' for every day use. Fine as far as im concerned.
  19. a shovel would have been safer! Idiot yanks!
  20. Never had a pop at a VR, I love the G60. However i've gone from a 2.0L 8V to a G60 so as you can imagine a hell of an improvement in power. I Couldnt say i like the G' more than the VR, but i dont wish to find out. Happy with my beast!! All rado drivers regardless of spec are worthy bros.
  21. lol you both watched it before saying either of those comments. Yeah seen it before. the rope is attached to the bumper, it comes away with it. Cant decide whether its real and it was shear stupidity or whether its fake. Good acting if it is fake. Good work. Keep em coming.
  22. Cant see anywhere on that site to sign up for corrado club itself and not just the forum. Cheers for that
  23. Can i join the club from there or is that to jsut join the forum?
