the real reason for coilovers is not to adjust the height its so as the car can be set up exactlly as needed via corner weighting this in my experiance is the best thing and will totally improve the handling / steering weight / ride of any car out there well worth the money in getting this carried out correctlly.

only around £17 for a new throttle cable

the bodys on the highsports / konigsports are not stainless steel they are mild steel and zinc plated. stainless steel can not be plated and it dosent need to be as its an un corrosive matieral. some company are advertising the silverline kits as silver plated struts as struan says but others are saying the struts are constructed of stainless steel i think for the price differance they must be stainless steel struts and polished for show finish.

all corrado came with a mfa. what is showing on your's do you just have the clock or is it completly blank ?
-
arent the silverline range just a plated silver version of the highsport then ?

yes i did remove the abs from the golf.. i had to replace the peddle box with a corrado one etc not to bad to do and makes the brakes soo much nicer espically with the bias valve fitted along with complete internal braided hoses.
-
are you sure you have the correct aplication for your needs.. aren't you the guy running the llysolm ? if so what map are you using ?
-
humm shouldn't do as the golf g60 / rallyes come with this rad as standard and front mount intercooler and i fit them all the time without removing the front of the cars...
-
you wont have anyproblems fitting this as the hoses are on the same side and position as the std smaller rad, even the fan cowlings are the same size too..so it will fit without any problems atall.
-
they will fit ok but....... the rears will stick out slightly u wont get any rubbing on standard ride height but it will look a bit odd imho.
-
u might struggle a bit see pic.. ps. struan your pots are in the post.

there's not alot more to tell really. i brought it of a guy in the trade who took it in P/X for a porsche cab. the car is pretty standard came with some tsw's on all i have done is changed the wheels for now..
-
imho you couldnt convert a rallye to RHD it would be like fitting a 20v into one..."just not right"

thought id share my new toy with you guys...

:? As far as im aware the reason for the bonnetts being rasied at the back is NOT to let heat out...It sucks cold air in to help cool the back of the engine bay. think about what air does when it hits the bottom of your winscreen **ventrui effect** down it goes into the back of the engine bay.
