i think i may just get a garage to do this for me....i don't really feel like spending £30 on a tool i'll use every few years...and knowing me i'll lose after about a week!

well that's a load of crap!! called vw and they don't/will not sell this "special tool" I have to fax my request into vw direct and they'll get back to me...

Yeah..the VR just seemed to more of a drivers car....don't get me wrong..the Porsche was very nice but it lacked that....well it just lacked something!!

Hello All, Some of you may remember my post from last week regarding the VR q's. Well it came down to the 944 S2 or the VR Corrado. After testing driving both I decided to go with the VR. Both had there pros and cons but the VR seemed to be more suited to my needs. Couple of questions though.... 1. VR has a rough idle and seems to have a slight misfire as the RPM climb. I was thinking a good service would do the trick. Plugs, leads, cap and rotor. Anyone have any expereince with a rough idle? Can someone tell the best place to get these things? GSF? Euro? or Stealership? I'm a little confused as to what plug to use? What is the part number for factory original? Thanks D

.....in Canada we only had the 2.7 (I think) Corrado...at first I thought the ad i was reading was a typo when it read 2.9!! then i noticed all the corrado's here are 2.9!! very nice...the North American ones are 2.7 rated at 176 bhp...

believe me...i've tried.....my finally decision is now between a 93 VR6 or a 1990 944 S2...........hmmmmmm...

lol...na....I'm a Canadian living here in the UK for the moment.....i just can't get use to RHD and since UK allows LHD cars on the road why not!

Hello there....i'm new to this forum so please bare with my odd questions.. I recently sold my MK2 Golf G60 and I'm in the market for a new car. On my list is a Corrado VR6. However I'm a little confused as to the different models availabe. I noticed there is a "Storm" model out there.....I've done a search and I can't really see the difference from a normal VR to the Storm? What are the differences? I've been searching in Germany as well (mainly becasue I'm looking for a LHD) and I've noticed a couple of VR's classed as "limited edition"? what are these ones? ...anyone selling a lhd Corrado out there? thanks D
