did i miss something?

what i normally do it is order stuff from the states and have them shipped to toronto....saves time and money.... dinkus...i've heard of that place....there's another euro shop in oakville that puts out some sick porches...

looks like i'm going back to toronto for a couple of weeks next week and i'm planning a picking up a few things for the vr over there...but i have a few q's! In NA the vr's are 2.8 opposed to the euro ones which are 2.9, can i still use NA parts? I'm thinking of picking up a Nuespeed chip..would it work?....things are so much cheaper there.....

i just went through the whole g60 or vr6 thing..although i just sold my mk2 golf g60 so I was a little more fimiliar with the g60..they are 2 different cars....i fell in love with the refinment of the vr and i was tired of listening to a blower all day long...just my 2cents

i know alot of people that have gone to canada from the UK and never came back!! One of the issues i'm having here in the UK is the cost of living!! and the most important thing is the cost of performance parts here..they're twice the cost compared to back home....i'm actually going back to toronto in a couple of weeks so i'm going to pick up a few things for the VR....

Be excuse the lame question but I'm new the VR scene. My VR came with a Meta Max alarm with the immoblizer. Is this a factory installed unit? Also how do you disable the immobilizer feature?

alot of people think T.O has an american feel to it...until you send enough time in the states and realize tornto isn't that bad...

i do hear a click when i roll the switch over to 1...but the drivers seat doesn't seem to warm up....the passenger one does seem to warm a bit.....

also...should there not be some sort of indication when you move the switch to 1 that the seats are working..i.e a light or someting?

i don't think my heated seats are working...i'm assuming when you set them on 5 they should get hot.. :evil: is there a fuse or something that the seats run off?

yeah...i must admit the G60 did feel a tad bit quicker...but the VR is much more of a refined car!

i do miss her...... :( but this new VR is something else!!

oh by the way...changed the plugs and leads...cap and rotor....seems to be running alot better

and I was impressed by the new VR! but more impressive is how fast I get responces on this forum!! I've been apart of many forums over the years and this one I must say is one of the top!!
