Ok, if you are going from normal set up with a space saver under the carpet, up to a full sized speed line under the carpet....do you just need the piece that goes across the floor/over the wheel? Just guessing this as the size of the turrets/rear inner arches isn't changing, unless I've missed something. Part number?... Please : ))

Mmmm, interesting about the space saver not going over 288's hadn't thought of that! Dose anyone have the part numbers for the full size spare carpet set? And do you also need the two side carpets that cover the inside rear arches?

hi mate, sorry to waste your time on the bonnet, had a massive change of plan which has involved, rather unexpectedly, selling my car so i don't need the bonnet. Good news is that i've bought a certain rado with an r32 in it......

hi mate, might be interested in the vr bonnet......if it is mint underneath, as in no rust to the structural bit on the underside? its just that mine is a little bit crumply in one are and a mint bonnet would be good rather than spending loads of time fixing the rust. im only local so could have a look...... laurence.

Hi, Not sure of the difference between these and magnecor, would have thought they are all fairly similar. Probably best to read about them on the Dubpower website, supposed to give a stronger/more reliable spark. They probably dont make much difference on a standard vr6, although they can't do any harm, might make it run smoother? I got them as originally I was going to supercharge mine, and then they are a good idea, think they are also good if you go turbo but someone in the know would have to confirm....

Hi Ive got for sale a set of blue Samco VR6 coolant hoses, this is a set of 5 hoses as in picture, they are used but in excellent condition. I think at one point they were on Gareth's (OSV) car. Anyway, they never actually made it on to my car and have just been sat in their box since i bought them on this forum some time ago. These currently retail somewhere between £268 and over £300! i will let them go for £200 inc postage to mainland uk, paypal (as a gift). I also have a set of Dubpower Power Plus VR6 Ht leads in blue, again these never made it onto my car and have also been sat in their box since i bought them from Charlie (Chazzard) on here, they were in his car when it was supercharged i believe, apparently they are well suited to supercharged or high power cars. I'm heading down the R32 route now so they are not required. Dubpower sell these for £85, these really are in as new condition! I will let them go for £60 inc uk mainland postage, paypal (as a gift). hi Andy Sorry for a very slow reply, been hectic here with work and now got this exhibition on, not been near the forum for a while! the bonnet looks ok but to be honest I'm either looking for a really perfect one or i keep having bad thoughts of a carbon one!! Hey mate, keep looking out for your car on my travels but haven't spotted you yet.... I'm over towards Swanage but often driving around b'mth Shame you missed Dubs at the Pub, was quite a good weekend... i was there with the boys from Vas Works, they had an R8 GT on the stand, quite a piece of kit....caused lots of interest, mainly good but there was some total drunk moron who threw a bit of astro turf at it on sat nite, unbelievable! car was fine though. Also won best t5 in the show n shine which was a result, still nobody rushed to their pockets and bought it!! You are right, was super busy on Sunday.....think quite a few people turned up just for the show n shine, event seems to be getting bigger, cool when its on our doorstep!

Cheers Andy Yeah pics when you get a chance would be great On the sunroof, it's really just the slider/cassette that I'm after, as long as it can be wound back-forth, up-down then it should be fine.....could have a look anyway as I'd have to pick up the bonnet.

Hi Andy I'm after a few bits...... Late bonnet if there is no rust to the underside? (mine has rust to bits of the support structure so I'm after a really clean one before respray) Sunroof cassette if its running smoothly? Drivers footwell/foot rest in black if it is all intact. and possibly the windscreen if it is really mint? thanks mate, if you get a chance to pm pics that would be great! laurence.

Hi i'm interested in; the bonnet if it is straight/rust free (going to re-spray anyway as mine has rust on the underside) also the sunroof mechanism/cassette, maybe the windscreen if it is good? plastic foot rest in the drivers side foot well let me know, i'm only half an hour from b'mth so can collect especially as they are large items! Also if it works for you, don't mind helping to take the bits off laurence.

nice rims. Maybe matt black centers would look good, think it will look totaly different when u lower it though so wait till then. Can you tell me what size they are and what you paid for them please? Reason for asking is that i'm considering a set of the splits in 19" and wide with plenty of dish, possibly with gold centers to go on my slammed white T5 :luvlove:

Hey Kip, been following your thread for a while now, the car is coming on really well!! like the way it looks like it came from the factory, i'm toying with the idea of an r32 conversion and would like it to turn out like yours! Hope you are keeping templates/files for all the brackets etc you have made :D Out of interest, when it comes to picking up an engine, what are your views on the best/simplest route, Mk4, Mk5 R32, Audi 3.2? Just that i've heard that the MK5 engine is more complex to wire into the rado than the MK4, dose this also apply with different years of the Audi 3.2? is it worth worring about? keep up the good work :salute:

Hey Alex, looking good mate, but don't bother with spacers, just drop the thing another 20mm and it will look bang on!! So did you do the trimming yourself?, rope your missus in?!!! :D Yeah look out for the T5 (not to be confused with another white one in Swanalooloo on range rover wheels), mines got the Caravelle front bumper swap, semi debadged back, about 90mm lower on the KW V3s!! with fat bm 6 series rims, going to Paul on wens for Zenons and a couple of other bits, it has developed a rattle on start up when it's really cold, hope its not too expensive!! So you just got fed up of cleaning the bbs? probably sensable for the winter, i've got a set of RS's but when there on and it's all done i'll only run it in the dry 8)
