    Yeah mine pulls to the right slightly on an 'anti-camber' stretch of raod if you know what I mean! I.e. on the way to Amsterdam ;)

    My blue vr has a hole in the downpipe which has a fairly marked affect on fuel consumption. I think the lambda senses loads of air coming from the hole and assumes its running lean, so richens up the mixture? Hence sh*te mpg?

    Don't open the 'weight' can of worms again Kev!!!! :) Is it possible that my rather hardcore suspension could be better suited to slightly heavier wheels? Or am I talking sh*t again? :)

    Other than renewing the bushes i'm not sure mate. My black one is the same. Geometry was done perfectly but it still pulls to the left a bit. It almost completely disappears on a flat bit of road with no camber.

    I agree mate. More nimble on 15s. More 'cumbersome' on 17s (wouldn't use that word though) but definately shed loads more grip on 17s. Of course all this is VERY suspension dependant as well. We can only really compare if the same suspension is used.

    Is it lowered loads mate? Chances are, if its lowered to buggery, it will pull one way or the other. Usually to the left as the road camber accentuates this.

    Wierd. I find my car to be way more sure-footed on 17s compared to 15s. I get far more grip and the car moves around a lot less.

    yeah don't do it mate. i've just driven a focus for the morning, and i can't tell you how good it felt to park it up and drop down into the seat of the vr and roar off into the distance :) you'll regret it and will only have to start again with another rado!

    Funny you should mention that mate! I used to have a seriously psycadelic bay window camper in about 30 different shades. I was young.......
