With stock pulley and porting the charger the boost level will increase? I understand on stock charger and pulley it has to be 12psi...

I use Castrol RS 10W60 racing. At cold start you can hear the tappets, but someone says it's something normal at older cars.

A need a part number from a 80C or 82C water thermostat. Is something like made by Bosch? Can anyone help me plz? :oops:

I can't find vaacum pipe with 3.5mm inner diameter... I have with 3.2mm.. is that a problem? It has to be exactly 3.5?

So I have to rebuild my engine and I have only 2 options now. 1. +0.5 mm or +1.0 mm Kolbenschmidt piston set (aprox. 750 Euro) 2. Bahn Brenner Motorsport 1.9L forged piston set (aprox 800$) I whould go for the BBM but i don't know if are good. Has anybody tried 'em? What are the disadvatages of the BBM pistons? Which one do you think it's better to chose?

Will the 1st and 2nd from a VR6 in a G60 box make any diference in 1/4 mile time?

So what can be done for 1st and 2nd? Are the VR6 gears a solution? I'm asking because I need my car for 1/4 mile....

This is on my engine and has only one wire conected to it. It's above the fuel rail but it's not conected to it. I have absolutely no idea what that is.. if anyone can help me with an info.....

I've cleaned my ISV with injection cleaner, but when I blow air through it, I can feel it's not 100% closed... it's ok like this? I'll say it's 95% closed :)

So the handles doesen't fit straight up but if I change the whole mechanism will work? There is no posibility to fit only the handles... I mean to make the modification on the passat handles?

I found '93Passat handles...are the ones that fit ? I ask this beacuse I haven't seen them...

The ISV has two states, ON/OFF (I mean it lest's the air through or not), or it opens in variably depending of the voltage you apply?
