I have read that the standar exhaust valves on a G60 head are 33mm and are sodium filled.... where can I find bigger valves... let's say 35 or 36 mm and it does matter that are sodium flled or not?

I have bhought today a clutch kit from an old VR6 ... the presure plate is LUK an d disc is Sachs.. hoping it will fit but I have a question... does anyone know the thickness of a new clutch disc? this is 7.9mm.... is it ok?

I have a problem with the ABS...I think :?: .... if I push the pedal repeatedly (5-6 pushes in 5-6 seconds) the (!) red light in the dash comes on and then after 1 second the (ABS) light comes on too, after a while it goes off. What could be the problem?

My PG does not have the G-Ladder and i think it's about 80-90 HP engine.... The compression ratio of the PG is lower

I have a question... if i'll go for a stage 2 upgrade..chip,68mm pulley can I use insted of the 3.5bar FPR the red injectors? Or if i'm changing the injectors have to change the FPR too?

That's a Volvo 945 Intercooler... I wanted to fit one in my car but it's too large and there's not enough space (if u have a large radiator :) )

I wanted to fit a Volvo 945 intercooler but in February I want to fit the A/C radiator back in. It's not enough room for 3 radiators :lol: Is there some intercooler that can be fitted in the front bumper, in the lower part?

Is the VR6 Clutch kit heavier then the G60 one?

So..if I buy a VR6 clutch Kit for my G60 it will fit? Do I have to change the Flywheel too or just remove the old one and fit the new one?

I have a G60 engine on my car... when the temperature outside is aprox. below 5 degrees C then it's eatin' a lot...like 15-16 mpg... when it's higher like 21-22 mpg. This is driving in the city. What could be wrong?

I removed my front bumper and had to use a jack because the center screws are missing. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what kind of screws ca I use(M6, M8 or M10.....length, step )... or at least a photo ....

I have a 89 G60..... OK..if it's analogue, how can I test the faults? I can see only the ABS faults? What about engine faults?

Can someone tell me what are these? I have 4 wires (red, brown--on the black socket, yellow on the middle one and yellow+green on the blue one) Is it an analogue one? How can I test the faults?

I have a Corrado for 2 months now... it has AC but the radiator is missing... now I bought FMIC from a volvo 945, an it's huge... have to setl it in though. In march or april I want to put back the AC radiator and I don't think that both FMIC and AC radiator can be fitted... i'm thinking for swapping it with a narrow one to put it down...in the front bumper. Well... many of them are G60 ...here in my city are 5 or 6.. it's a small city. (200.000 souls :) ) I would be much more but here you can't regiter a car unless it has Euro3 norm.(car's from 2000-2005)
