  1. Cheers mate, i didn't even know they existed lol. Halfords have a set for a reasonable price so I'll pick some up
  2. So, it looks like a torx screw but are there different types?
  3. Well, i'm failing at the first hurdle!! :bonk: I cant get the plastic trim above the coil pack off !?!?! How do you unscrew the bolt holding it on? The other covers are held on by torx screws and are easily removed but this i'm not sure. It looks like a torx bolt but if so i dont have the correct size. Its also alarming how many screws are actually missing!! I'll be putting that right. The first pic shows the cover i can easily remove, the second pic shows the offending bolt.
  4. I do not want to find out! Cheers all.
  5. HA! Beat me to my own question, is there a . . .safe way?
  6. Thanks guys, much appreciated. I'll give it a go this weekend. When i pull the leads out to test them, can this be at either end (spark plug or coil pack) and do i pull out the plug whilst the engine is still running, rather than stop starting the engine?

    Rear Reds

A guy called Leon263 from this forum sprayed a set for me, outstanding quality and good as new 6 years on . . . it was 6 years ago though, not sure if he's even still active on here.
  8. Got back home yesterday in the glorious sunshine, unfortunately the car was jerking at lowish revs and sounds like its lost a cylinder :brickwall: Contacted Vince at Stealth, he reckons it sounds like a coil pack but i probably shouldn't drive over an hour to Stealth if it is. So my options, take it to a local garage or try and do it myself . . . . .how easy is it? I've searched the forum and cant find much apart from buying options, Beru being the favored purchase. Is it a simple bolt on bolt off job or is there more to it?
  9. Forgot to say mate, all received, really well packaged. Thank you :thumbleft:
  10. Can't believe they haven't sold yet tbh.....
  11. This ......:thumb right: I didn't know there was corrado content on Facebook, I may need to sign up :(
  12. Hi mate, Can I have the roof trims please? Very interested in the engine manifold and cover, is everything there so if I hand to Stealth it'll just bolt on? Ben
  13. I don't think I can top that......
  14. Drove past a nugget outside wolsely garden centre heading towards Stafford
  15. +1. Would rather the parts be expensive than not at all. I'd pay through the nose for a passenger door slot seal!!
  16. Trying to think as I've replaced mine recently. Doesn't the bottom of the door card rest on the clips located at the bottom of the door and then the top simply pushes into place (privided the sides line up)?
  17. I'm being cheap, I'll tax mine on the turn of the month :)
  18. I think I just followed Stuart from Gailey island to Penkridge, unless there is another TDI in Stafford? N** MPG I think it was. You might have thought I was tailgating you, I was just trying to see the badge :)
  19. Good read :thumbleft: Great wing repair!!
  20. Really simple mate and a great little mod, there is a pic here: http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?58695-Corrado-No3-Still-Going!&p=750322#post750322
  21. Would get half that price for the leather these days....
  22. Have to agree with my own comment...... :) However, I do find myself looking at those d90's though, can't make my mind up if it's the stance, wheels or both but it's a dam good picture!
  23. In my experience you'll always end up at Stealth anyway, might as well just just head straight there
