  1. Were on par speed wise and mines on fibre :(
  2. Dont mind splitting, i'd probably say £20 a section though, i.e. front, rears and door cards. Cossmoz can send pics via email if required. I know they are worth more but just need the space, the last thing i want to do is put them up the loft with the other half of a orrado i have up there!
  3. Apart from at work, i could have died when everyone was looking at my monitor and that came up
  4. Are they the usual tyre sidewall profile? 50mm i think? They look slimmer, makes me want a set of speedlines even more now!
  5. I like the first one but I cant get it on the loom without detaching the complete loom! I think the best bet is to wrap it in the VAG fabric tape (the stuff found under the bonnet) but i'm worried it may cause more rattles with no foam :( Take your Audi to pieces and tell me what they use 18 years later
  6. Anyone replaced the gray wiring sleeve? There is nothing left of it and i'm considering using so much felt i'll double the weight of the car!
  7. Cheers mate, when you say not cheap, how much we talking? Do you know what the tool is called? I only ask as I am making my own head light loom also so could come handy, my wallet likes the paper clip idea though :) Never thought about replacing it, I have a spare from the Rado we are breaking so that wouldn't be an issue. Do you recommend this because its easier or because there could be other issues? Cheers for your help mate, much appreciated. ---------- Post added at 5:43 PM ---------- Previous post was at 5:38 PM ---------- So dont use my teeth then
  8. Removed my dashboard today to replace with a shiney new one and rather alarmingly i was greeted with this. Am i right in thinking i'm lucky this hasnt caused a fire? The brown wire has melted quite far up too. So the first thing on my list is the DIY mod to put a fuse on this wire but the whole wire is pretty shot! Does anyone know how to replace the whole wire from the block connector? Is it a matter of brute force to pull the wire from the block and replace or do i need *to buy something? Bit of a dumb question i know but i dont want to yank on it if there is a certain way it is removed.* And what do people replace the gray sponge around he wires with, mine is litterally falling to pieces!!!
  9. I think the issue is usually where it attaches to the gear knob, alot of aftermarket gaitors dont attach properly and from the picture these dont look much different tbh. Not tried these thoughh, so could be way off!
  10. Cracking how to! I'll pinch this to remove the steering column from our breaker :)
  11. For sale is this interior I have recently removed from my Corrado which includes all door cards and seats. The drivers seat has some wear to the base and very slight fraying to the usual bolster which is hardly noticable. The upper bolster foams are excelent as is the inner lower bolster, the lower outer bolster is very soft in the middle. The lower bolsters on the passenger seat have been taken for my new interior, i have put the it all back together with my old bolsters but they are soft, one has been taped together inside. By no means unusable though. The rest of the interior is in really good condition. Any other pictures or other information please ask. I am willing to split if no offer for the whole interior emerges. £70 ono Also have a black dashboard in very good condition, only issue is one of the upper mounts for the centre console is missing. £20 ono Collection only please, items located 10 minutes from j11 M6. http://s261.photobucket.com/albums/ii68/ben_wooduk/For%20Sale/

  13. Got a complete second hand black carpet but as good as new.
  14. The PIN is located in the manual which does not help you at all! There should also be a sticker on the back of your fob which has your PIN on it but they peel off very easily.

  16. If its valver VW bushes your after my brother has some still in original packaging with receipt from vw. Brought a few months back but breaking the car means he doesnt need them now. £93 from stealers, probably sell them for £70 delivered?
  17. Not sure if he logs on much anymore, i'll give him a poke. Interior went months ago, pretty sure the roof lining is still available.
  18. Never dealt with them myself, but to throw a spanner in the works my friend very recently bought a VR from him. Very pleased with the car and transaction.
  19. Does it fit the corrado perfect mate, thinking of buying one new.
  20. I really like it! If VW produced this rather than the current crock of s**t i might actually consider them for a new car!
  21. Exactly the bit i mean  So unexpected!
