Cheers mate that very helpfull, but whats the one above number 53, there is no number on it :?
-
Quite different to mine :? I dont have a relay 80, have VW replaced it with a different numbered relay or did the 16v never have relay 80. Its a shame he didnt swap the G60 relays over before selling me the car :(
-
I am not 100% sure on the relay positions of a G60 compared to a 16v. so i havent changed any relays about yet :?
-
I could really do with a picture of a fusebox off a 1991 G60, I am not sure if my relays are in the right order as mine is getting converted from a 16v to a G60 so there might be a difference in relay positions? + I have a spare relay holder loose above the fusebox with 2 of its 4 wires cut. It has a brown wire(cut) a green(cut) a red/white wire and a red/yellow wire coming out of it :?

The ISV is getting no power to it whatsoever.

I may need a little help on what/how to check these Darren
-
Yeah true, but it is not getting a 12v feed from the ecu and the wires from the ecu to the hall sender all have good continuity, would that not suggest the ecu or some of the wiring to the ecu :?
-
So if the coil checks out that would suggest the ECU is knackered as it has a 12v feed off the coil :? I need to find someone local with a G60 so I can try my ECU on there car :?
-
Can anyone help? My so called complete project has turned into a complete pain in the arse :(
-
After doing a search I am still no wiser on my starting problem, I have a 12v feed to the coil, I have checked continuity from the coil to the ECU and from the ECU to the hall sender and all check out ok, I am also getting 12v through the coil HT lead :? is that right, does this point to a knackered ECU, I have a G60 coil on its way so should be able to rule that out this week :? I presume there is supposed to be a live feed to the hall sender, can anyone confirm this :)
-
Is there supposed to be a live feed to the hall sender as i have tested the wires to it and dont have a live :?
-
I presume it may be the coil as its still got the 16v coil on it, I have tried a different coil of my spare 16v which I know was working and still no joy :? Is there that much difference between the coils :?:
-
I have been fixing up my project raddo since before christmas, most things are back together now and the loom has been swapped for the G60 one, problem I have is she turns over fine on the key but I have no spark whatsoever :? There is a 12v feed to the black coil wire on the + terminal which then makes the green live also but no spark :( Any thing i should be checking or any ideas would be appreciated as I have run out off time and need to get her running ASAP :? TIA Ian

Halfords sell the blades mate :) well they did when i worked there about 10 months ago, mainly merc fitment but probably got more styles in now
-
Would they fit the earlier style corrados as well :?:
-
I had to strip my spoiler mechanism off and swap it with my spare one, its a bit off a pain but its possible :)
-
Luckly I have a spare on the 16v I am breaking, but your right it looks a pain in the arse to do :(
-
The same part has snapped off my linkage, can you buy new ends or do you have to replace the whole lot :?
-
I noticed on mine that the cable guide had come out off the mechanism, that could account for the extra gap, just take the boot cover off and hava a look, might be something as simple as that
-
How much do you charge in total mate
-
Its the square plastic part at the end of the cable (gearbox end) :?
-
Someone must have done this before  any ideas please
-
How do you replace them :?: On my project one of the ends is snapped off, I have a good set on my spare valver. Do you have to drop the exhaust and heat shield to get them out :?
