Cheers Bally, Apart from the alloys and the front spoiler it's the same. Was gonna get a new exhaust (that one is too big and too loud) and momo wheel but got made redundant on monday so gonna have to kerb spending on the C a little  It's running on 15 inch steelies at the mo cause I can't afford alloys either (plus it's winter now). Leather is not as sweet close up, it could do with a re-trim but is still in fairly excellent condition so will do for now. Have some plans for it (don't we all) but they're gonna have to wait till I graduate

Hey mate, nice looking car. Hopefully this link will work:- http://corrado.atx-hosting.co.uk/viewto ... 2029#12029 it's photos of my car with DIY smoked rears. Were done by the previois owner so I've no idea how it was done. There are a few threads with info on how to do it. Hope this helps. 8)

Did you sort the heated leather seats yourself or did the guy who owned it prior to you do it? I'm toying with the idea of getting my heated leathers connected up but wouldn't know where to start. Still need to see if they still work. Got full beige/biscuit leather intreior from a Storm and really want heated seats for the worst of the winter. Your car looks very tidy indeed and seems to have been well looked after. Enjoy it mate, and be careful

screws off anti- clock wise or do you mean removing the knob from the gaiter? If you mean the latter, i've no idea, sorry. 8)

Was parked next to a black (i think) 1.8 16v at the cinema at the Quey in Glasgow last night. Standard and tidy looking but in need of a wash ( don't they all). Sorry I didn't say hello but I was knackered and needed to get home. Any takers???

http://www.gpcvwaudi.com There is a 50mm and a 90mm (which you already have) on the site but the prices are mixed up I think. Best thing is to phone them and get the price as they rarely update the web page. Straight swop to my knowledge and I'll be doing the same soon. 8)

I think it's £50. Best bet is to PM H100VW and ask. Alternatively, you could do a search for "uprated headlight loom" and see what you come up with. Hope this helps 8)

No idea mate it was already lowered when I bought it. If I was doing it myself, I'd drop it 30-35mm tops with coilovers or something that wasn't just springs. If you go to http://www.gpcvwaudi.com and click other VW, there will be prices for the two Corrado spoilers. I think the prices are the wrong way round but if you give them a call they'll sort you out. -
It could be squint because the tracking/alignment is out. If you have had both of these checked (and that all your tires are balanced) then all you do is remove the horn cover and undo a big feckin bolt and take the wheel off. Just make sure your wheels are straight before you do this. I think thats about it really.

If you buy the late spec 50mm front spoiler from GPC, it might reduce the scrapage. Looks like you've got the early 90mm one which will catch if you lower it. I'm going to get the 50mm one for my G60 cause my old one kept scraping. It's lowered 40mm and on 15's (my G60 that is). Hope this helps 8) -
I do like the fighter Decisions decisions :?

Lower it 30mm and fit and induction kit. The VR sounds well meaty with an induction kit  -
You drive a go-kart Darren? Measured the standard wheel and it is about 367mm in diameter. Still unsure of the size (not 280mm though :? ) to get but looking like it's leaning towards 350mm one. Keep up the opinions and pic please, I want to know what people think. 8)

Nigel, Love your signature mate. Had me on the floor in a fit of laughter

Looks sweet mate. What you got in mind for it? -
I'd have to measure it. I've heard it's about 360mm so would I be best to get the 350mm so to not change it too much? Would prefer to have a go with both sizes but the chances of doing that are very slim. Cheers for your reply mate, it's given me something else to consider. 8)

No probs matey, any time. You had a chance to modify it yet or you saving it for the weekend?
