  1. I was thinking of doing somethoing similar on ADT then importing into VIZ 4. Might give it a try with them if I get time, cheers guys.
  2. 22 years old, clean licence, some mods declared, G60 - £850 TPFT. garaged, CAT 1, Chris Knott
  3. Lucky escape that one. Glad to hear everyone was ok. Did it polish out ok? p.s. Anyone else going on Saturday to Earls Court then? Cause I am 8)
  4. Take it back to where you got it fitted mate (naming no names on here) and see if it's a problem they can sort. Could be something really simple (like you )
  5. Who did the charger work? My jabba stage 4, 68mm pulley and chip with stainless exhaust just did 182bhp and 169lbf-ft Whereas my mate Danger Mouse just has his G-werks set up done, stage 4, 68mm pulley and sns 5.5 (3.5 bar fpr) and he's just back from getting it all set up at star performance. His figs are, 192bhp and 191lbf-ft. Goes to show the difference in the work done. Check the Scottish RR day results thread for more G60 results. HTH
  6. I've got one (well my dad has) and I think I've used it once on my Golf GTi and once on the C. Waste of time IMHO, quicker buffing off by hand. Got mine from halfords and is multidirectional so shouldn't rub away the paint.
  7. Only the Delorean's body panels are made from stainless steel. The chassis has rusted away on most examples found today. There is a guy in america who has maunfactured a stainless steel chassis to buy as an aftermarket part. You can also buy a BRAND NEW delorean from America built to your spec (within reason) with a better engine than the crappy original. The only bummer is that they do not make RHD but can put you in contact with people in the uk who will do a RHD conversion. Costs about $28K then shipping and taxes etc. Did a bit of research as I WILL own one someday.
  8. Lucky if I do 20 miles a week. Really depends on what I do though, only really use it some weekends and the odd weeknight to get to the recording studio. Got my bike up and running now so will be doing some extreme cycling to work now.
  9. On my G60, 3000rpm is bout 80mph 8)
  10. The mirrors are easy enough (only cause it was done before I bought the car) but as Roddy says, the windows are a bit interesting. I need to have a proper look at how they're wired up cause at the moment I get scared when I look at it. They work, but it's a lot of wires going everywhere
  11. hehehe. If I can get it onto the computer I will The ride in the trolley was a bit bumpy. Best fit some Koni's
  12. Sorry mate, I wasn't referring to your car specifically but I apologise if you thought I was . Just meant that there were lots of different ride heights and wheel choice. Didn't mean to offend  I think it's time I got some alloys 8)
  13. You mean subtle differences like this
  14. I've been a member for just over a year (applied early and got 13 months memberhip :D ) and I'm well chuffed. Membership has paid for it'self at least 6 times over. My only gripe is that I didn't buy a unfolded copy of the Storm poster :(
  15. Chris Knott for me too cause they were by far the cheapest for my G60
