Single wiper is good and I use rainx as well but so far no complaints although i've yet to have it in a heavy rain spell yet. Will keep you posted but till now it has performed well

Cheers matey. Decided to leave it attached and give it a mini clean cause it was getting dark but I'll remember that for the next time. I'm just glad I didn't try and unplug it from the handle... that would have been nasty :cry: I'll be raiding a scrapyard soon for some Passat rears but first I'll have to do a bit of research cause a few folk on here have had a bit of difficulty in getting them to fit whereas some have done a straight swap with no probs. Can't be bothered with too much hassle with this "simple" mod. Cheers for your help cramer 8)

Have mine almost off but can't figure out how to disconnect the wires for the central locking. I wanted to degrease and clean up the locking mechanism to see if my random locked out thing will go away with the drivers (problematic) door cleaned. Want to make sure it will work 100% before I do a passat rear handle conversion. Any help would be appreciated as the car is in my driveway unlocked with the handle hanging off. http://www.venommotorsport.com do the silvatech bulbs and I think they're about £18 a pair. Not 100% but give it a try 8)

I thought the red "I" meant that it was turbo'd to some meaty amount (180bhp) but there is a whole lot of confusion over the badges now that I think about it. Is there not a post on here that discussed the MKIV badging in greater detail? If exturbo's G60 is struggling to get past 120mph (on private roads) then there must be some sort of problem with the way his car is running. The badge thing is hella confusing :? :?
