Generally not a high speed fan, more of an accelleration junkie but thought I'd see what it could do and got scared by how slow 130 felt :shock: Lucky it was on a private road then eh?

Impressive. Not counting leap years that's...0.75 miles a day! Not bad for an 11 year old car. One careful lady owner. Never actuall passed test, just drove it up and down the driveway for 10 years :lol:

When Joe M and I were on a, cough, "private road" on the way to Kames he changed into 5th at about 125-130 and left me for dead. That and the fact I realised I was doing 130 and backed off :twisted: There was plenty o' juice left in the G :lol: Was well impressed with the VR though. Gonna have to get one of them aswell :twisted: :twisted:

Front looks a bit like a Bora only slanted and squashed a lil' bit but the back defo looks bimmer compact. 400bhp? Who are they kidding? Good idea though but I'm with G60Jet, there will never be another Corrado! :salute:

Fiat Punto has the girlie button and it makes it proper scary to drive at high speed. Use it to park or risk crashing on the motorway. Corrado is alot easier to steer than my MKII Golf Gti but not as easy as my dads astra. It is a primitive system (car was devised in the 80's) and I'm sure someone said it is progressive but not 100% sure of that. Did all the Corrado's come with power steering or only after a certain date?

Would love to as a few weeks ago I went to the hot hatch/jap import day and it was fantastic (first time there). Unfortunatley I'll be in the recordind studio Sat and Sun so won't be able to go. Would have been good to get a few of us (myself and Joe M) to meet up and have a mini Corrado owners day and show them Ferrari boys what a real car looks like Mabye next time though

Ithink there is something behind the passenger seat under the carpet/floor. When you switch the seats on normally do you remember hearing a clicking noise from that area? Not 100% though but remember Joe M saying something like that. I'm sure someone will be able to give you a definitive answer. Not much help really :roll:

That Delorean is in the American express bank. One of three gold plated ones ever to be made. The other one is in the Delorean museum and a Sheik from Saudi bought the other. -
My mate got some nice footage of me on a "private" road, drive by's and screaming into and from the distance. Was wondering how he could get it on his PC so I'd be able to post it here. I think he is getting video editing software for his computer so do I wait and see if he can sort it that way? Is it easy to do?

Nice prices Darren, I'll know where to send my charger when it needs done again. Mine's already been stage 4'd by Jabba so what would you do if I sent it to you? (not talking anytime soon) Would it be a case of rebuilding it of would you give it your own stage 4 treatment from start to finish? Probably a bit of a silly question so apologies in advance.

Got a Sebring on mine and it's massive and loud. Got my mate to film the car driving away from and towards him to get an idea of the noise. Bugg£r me it's crazy. Also on the drive by the sound of the engine and charger hurtling towards the camera is awesome.

My girlfriend moved house and her insurance went up nearly £180 for the last 3 months of her policy. That was on a Punto (1.2 I might add) and she went from ungaraged in the middle of nowhere to city centre (almost) with a garage. Very area dependent are the insurence bastids. Think the G60 is 17, VR 18 and storm 19 but not 100%. My golf gti 8v was group 15 but every insurance company classes it differently.

The Golf mag this month covers a how to for a Stage 4 upgrade on the G60. If you can get a hold of it you might get the info you need from it. Downloaded that video but it plays upside down and back to front. Any suggestions?

You could get a brand new Delorean shipped from the US for about £30k. I enquired about it last week on the Delorean website. No RHD but it is pretty much custom spec from new or nearly new parts. I was gonna mention a delorean Henny so don't blame the drink. On that note I'll go get myself a beer. :lol:
