Milltek's are great systems and their customer service was also proven to be very good when i split mine :wink: poo happens i guess,, but atleast tey got me the replacement within 5 working days no grief given,,, which is not a commen thing these days unfortunately

fill through the top hose and once its full "there" connect the hose up and slowly fill through the expansion bottle till it gets full,,,,,,,,, :lol: been a while since i did it

my water pump went and replaced the stat with it spent ages on it and changed the water pump in the end from VAG twice than got the air locks out and it was fine....dunno if its worth checking ur new water pump and stat might not be 100% might be a common fault or its jus me unlucky... does sound like u got a fat airlock in the top hose though,, when u filled up the water did u do it thru the top hose or water bottle???

ive got some new suspension and when i get it fitted was going to replace the top mounts what else should be replaced,,,so i dont have to keep doing it again and again,, like bump stops, bushes etc last time i changed my suspension i jus whacked it on going fine so far no probs at all handles beautifully,,, jus wanted to get it all done tbh im also thinking for some new rims for my car,,, wat do u guys think i should go for a few pointers wont hurt :) thanks in advance

jus use 800-1200 wet and dry paper softly make sure its wet with hot soapy water works fine be gentle though,, can use the polish afterwards for some bling... cheaper and less effort required..... 2p's worth :wink:

u could do a lot worse mate,,, jus look after it and work up them no claims and one day u will have a G60 Corrado HAHA

why not try WD40 on it 1st to see if it loosens it up a bit,,,, jus a thought

I have one of these in original immaculate condition can anyone tell me if this is worth anything special... its got the rubber straps and its mint.
