i got a varta one, who apparently make Bosch batteries too, but tbh ive never had a problem with it once in 3 years! even when i went on holiday for 4 weeks and left the car in the cold it was ok, started 1st time.

mines got 107k now and its been more then regularly serviced and looked after by the best, its even had stupid amounts of money thrown at it just to make it 100% most of the time and tbh it has been more reliable then my friends new focus's and mondeo's. Mileage is not something to worry about these days as long as the cars looked after well. Regardless of what ppl say ALL corrado engines are long lasting and reliable, if their looked after and treated with respect! would rather have my rado then some modern electronically regulated average car!

" old people,parents who only use the car for shopping, kids etc etc... mostly non car enthusiasts. what are u meant to do if u go out and their is traffic and your late coming home then, do they have exceptions or not... also its very very hard keeping to the speed limits ALL the time. ive tried it, sometimes u just need to go a bit faster to get out of an issue on the road!

at one time i had a S16 and my cousin had a GTi-6 and he had trouble overtaking me until about 100mph. and none of us drive with caution if you know what i mean specially on private land :wink: would love to have a S16 again has a daily but finding a hard one is hard work although i did see a proper wide arch 306 rallye other day on the m'way which made me think abt them even more! only shitt thing abt the S16 is they never came in black ;(

all red rears and maybe a lil more drop on the rear and it be perfect but regardless of that it still looks very very nice
