  1. sorry, dont know how to take the password off just that video link, looks like I can remove the password from the folder which contains the video but I dont wish to do that. If someone knows how to get around it and lets me know that would be great otherwise, sorry guys and gals.
  2. yey great news! Air lock is possible, but are you sure the fuel lines are connected up correctly to the fpr? the vacuum line is only needed when driving as it allows more fuel to be supplied when you blip the throttle. What do you mean about the FPR not having a securing clip?? Here are the pictures of my pedal arrangement... Here is a video of mine first running without any silencers fitted. The ratteling it a loose coupling on the exhaust and the engine had a idle issue but you get the idea of how great the engine sounds even http://s144.photobucket.com/albums/r180/quicky1980/Corrado/?action=view&current=DSCF4064-1.mp4
  3. Im back online guys, will get pics of the pedal position on here soon. Just catching up on the thread and I had the exact same issues with dubpower manifolds. It was a discussion with Pete and one of his colleagues that lead to the discovery that the rear mount needed modding on rado's, not so sure about golfs but I hear these are fine. Pre rear mount mod the engine didnt sit right, so much so that the inlet manifold used to make contact with the slam panel. Strange thing is that not everyone needs to mod the mounts to sit the engine in nicely and that even before putting a dubpower exhaust on. agreed, I would have preferred the exh manifold to have be better jigged, but its been in and running fine for years now.....will swap it out once the engine goes Forced Induction :-) ---------- Post added at 4:44 PM ---------- Previous post was at 4:43 PM ---------- oh btw, the r32 engine sounds awesome without any silencers fitted to the manifold!!
  4. :dance:so many 24v's being created! Give me a nudge for the picture in a weeks time guys as Im away for a short time and may forget.
  5. Ill get a picture of the pedal position sorted out, i didnt use the floor bracket but thats 'cus I just havent got round to it and the pedal as is, is pretty secure. I did have to cut the carpet though :censored: to make it sit flat and still keep the pedal's clips.
  6. got mine the other week, fit a look great!
  7. My engine came as standard with the floor mounted pedals so I fitted one of those. I seem to recal that the firewall mounted ones clash with wires/fusebox/metal. Either should work with the ecu I would have thought as they simply send a signal (resistance?) to the ECU for position. How, I cant say.
  8. Hey mate, I already gave you the details http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?66801-R32-Pre-cat-Lambdas-(pair) :bonk:
  9. I've got some lambdas. Ill get back to you with the part numbers
  10. Im travelling to this tonight, camping over and going around on Sunday. Putting the car in S&S so come say hi.
  11. check the resistance at each connection. two are on the strut tops, two others are under the rear seats. and open circuit will indicate your faulty sensor. thats how i found my fault. if all look ok then maybe down to another fault, maybe even abs ecm. check the resistance first
  12. I've been deleted  ---------- Post added at 12:19 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:17 AM ---------- re added.
  13. If you could let me know the resistor size Mat, that would be great.
  14. Any one else showing a lower coolant temp on the instrument cluster than what it should be? My obd signal tells me something like 20-30deg higher than the gauge. Any thoughts on how I can fix that?
  15. ab are cam sensors, CD are the solenoids that control the variable cam
  16. sorry to bring it back to earth, but if you take the security case off the alarm the alarm unit itself is inside, this should have the details of which one it is.
  17. Really? I've not got it fitted (i'll need to double check) but I dont have any issues linked to it. Whats it do then? I'll have to find mine out and refit it by the looks?
  18. Jay, what did you use as the cup holder bit? Almost looks like part of some rain guttering. Its a nice neat mod.
  19. sorry, I meant the SAI valve can be binned but the other one, the inlet valve is kept.
  20. I think its a damper box, I got rid of mine. One of the valves controls the variable inlet iirc, the other is part of the SAI so can be deleted too.
