Hi, Sorry its not Corrado related. I have a Mk 3 golf that the CD player doesn't work as it should. It only powers up when the key in in the ignition and works fine. Then when the key is turned it goes off and stays off, it looses it memory too. When the key is turned back it operates fine again. Just wondered if anyone could give me any clues as to what it could be. Thanks in an advance.

I get people saying nice car, shame its white! (I like white C's so its staying :D ) If I am not near my car the people generally show their dislike by leaving random dents in it. :cry:

Is the fuel pump on a 2.0 16v made by pierburg? I want to know this as I an trying to seek a replacement guage senger as mine move too much over uneven and hilly roads. The pierburg one costs £95! and there's another one avaliable for £45. Are they avaliable from places like GSF? (Had a look on their website and ther not listed). Any help is much appriciated. Hi I purchase the obd 2 cable from ebay and downloaded the VAG-COM software from the ross tech website and it will not scan my car (Corrado 16v 1995 with abs fault, the light comes on then goes out then come back on again when the car reaches 10 mph and stays on), it comes up as the port is not working properly on laptop I have run a test on the port and says it functions correctly, confused! Also where is the plug fitted to the MK3 Golf? Its not under the gear gaitor. Any help very much appriciated. Failing that any one with VAG-COM in the south west. (Cornwall of devon)

Are the off the front or rear of the toledo?

Does anyone know of any other door handles that will fit a corrado apart from the '89 to '96 passat ones? Do seat toledo or the newer passat ones fit if I fit the corrado barrels over?

I can't get medium wave on my C, all I get is a lot of crackles. I can get FM loud and clear. By the way it a Kenwood cd head unit and have tried an amplifier and repaced the aerial base and no difference can be heard. :?:

I managed to fit all if the wiring in and connected it up to the light cluster and got it working. Just need to screw the light to the upper tailgate trim to make it more secure. I have the same problem with the light making the rear screem turn red, I notice it even more at night. Will have to think of something. I think that this brake lamp is way better than the US spec one which you can't see unless the spoilers up by that time it would have gone back down again and the HGV drivers can now see when the brakes are on. Thanks for sharing your idea it was much appreciated.
