  4. Thanks lads, I think I'm just going to order it today. I was just interested out or curiosity really.
  5. Think I'm going to go for it. Just need a few questions answering 1st My cars in my garage at the mo, with my exhuast half off. I'll be getting it done closer to home mate, but thanks all the same!
  6. Hi all I'm looking to replace my exhaust, I thought I'd do for the Milltek one. Now my question is, will it fit? Yes of course I hear you think! BUT! My current system has been custom made & has a de-cat pipe - made at the same time. Having never seen underneath another G60, I can't tell whether or not my de-cat pipe is simply just my centre pipe and has been extended to suit, or it's the bit where the lambada probe goes in to?? My worry is that the new system won't fit. If the de-cat pipe is part of my custom exhaust, I'm ether going to have to get a new de-cat pipe or just replace the back box. I found this pic of a std exhaust, but it doesn't show where the lambada probe goes?? Here's my exhaust. I'm assuming the Lambada probe goes in to the where the cat would be? Or when I get my new exhaust, am I going to have to get a de-cat pipe 2? IF all goes well & the new exhaust fits fine to my de-cat pipe.... next question - Will the new system join fine? The clamp in the picture is a 72mm clamp & is the biggest I've seen. Any help very much appreciated. Need to get this ordered so I can get it on at the weekend! Thanks Dan
  7. Thinking about getting the above, just wondered what it might sound like. Cheers Dan
  8. I'm down about 100mm. I don't see what it shouldn't fit. The is enough room under there.
  9. how are you finding it now marcus? I'm thinking of going for one of these myself
  10. LOL that pic was taken just after the charger rebuild & Darren was getting handy with his valeting gear :) To be honest I don't clean the engine bay that much. It lives in the garage when it's not being used which helps.
  11. mines up this month  :(
  12. took mine out last night, different car this time of year! 8)
  13. LOL!! WICKED  phone the Australia talking clock for a few hours!! :D
  14. you might find that stops after a while as the oil breather is no longer piping in to it. Dan
  15. shite! If its not one thing it's another  no mate, it never leaves the car.
  16. didn't really think about that one did it. it won't be the boost return kit making your mpg go down. Give G-werks a call & speak to them mate. Quickest way to determine your mpg prob.

    Smooth Front Bumper

Mines plastic welded. No problems what so ever. It was done by a tvr repair place/body shop - they will be the nuts at plastic welding as tvr's have a lot of plastic on them. I wouldn't advise filling as it will crack eventually, and your likely to start to see where the old recess was after some time.
  18. Something wrong there mate. Colder air means more fuel efficaiant. At a guess, I'd say it sounds like you could have a leak where the blanking plate meets the charger??
  19. All down to money at the end of the day. The extra money would have been better spend being put towards an intercooler. More horses will be gained that way.
  20. Gutted for ya mate. So surprised there wasn't more damage. When I read the 1st post I was expecting a right mess. Fingers crossed it can be put back to normal.
  21. Can you not start the car & unplug it. If it runs like crap you know need the sensor or not. Here's my boost return kit if it helps at all Dan
  22. No mate, all came as a kit. I think this is the newer design hose 2 that clears the fan nicely
  23. Your looking at about £40, which at a guess is approx $60/70 plus the postage. Dan
