I found Adrian Flux a bit of a pain. They tried telling me my alarm wasn't a cat 1 alarm & I would have to get a new one to qualify for the discount - oh and also giving me the number of their recommended fitters - trying to get more money out of me! I then called a few other companies & they said it was fine, so cancelled with Adrian Flux on the spot (which I then had to pay £40 for the pleasure of!). I ended up going back to HIC who I was with the year before & have proved no hassle at all. Very good customer services 2.

Apparently that's the guy that had to check all Corrado wipers worked properly before they left the factory. :wink: Would explain a lot! :roll:

Surely different models (8v,16v,G60 & VR) were at different heights? I would have thought the G60 & Vr's to be slightly lower due to being the "higher performance models" so to speak.

How do you adjust the height of the headlights? I need to make mine slightly lower. I had a look just now & could see a white arm that screws in & out but doesn't seem to do anything?? Is this the right thing to adjust them? Cheers Dan

The first switch that came to mind was that switch. I couldn't see how it could be that one, so I jsut assumed it was another. Cool! Hopefully should all be ok then! 8)

Here's a quick vid. I need to get some footage while I'm driving really. It sounds great under acceleration. Might get a bit annoying on the motorway, but you just turn the stereo up if it pi55es you off. click here

Cheer lads I did try & do some all red light, but I wasn't happy with the finish on them so stuck with the std lights. Cuffed to bits with the new exhaust. It's defiantly unleashed a few ponies.

Back on subject, I changed my headlight bulbs last night... my god what a difference!!! :shock: I used 100/80 laser blue jobbies from Halfords - they did say for off road use only, but I thought what the hell my lights are terrible. They were £12.99 each, but worth every penny as I can now see at night!! :D Here's what they looked like this morning. Unfortunately it started getting light rather quick. This is a huge improvement! I would defiantly recommend them. I just need to do all the other lights now as they are all still yellowy :roll: Dan

Cool. Will have a look at the state of mine, if they are bad there's a LHD drive set on ebay. I might just put some new bulbs in tonight and see if that make a difference.

would lhd drive lights be ok if I swapped the glass over with mine?

Unclip the wires behind (& down a little) the inlet manifold. Make sure the manifold is cool or you will be swearing a lot!l! Then undo probe from the exhaust. Repeat this in reverse. It's pretty simple.

As far as I'm aware. I'll have to take a look to be sure. Is that new headlight time if they aren't?

Hi all As we call know, Corrado's are incredibly bad in the head light department. I'm getting really naffed of with my lights. I have an upprated headlight loom but it's still terrible. I'm pretty sure I could drive around with my full beam on & no one would notice. :roll: Anyone have any suggestions on how to improve them more? Recommend a decent set of bulbs maybe?? Cheers Dan

I decided against it in the end. After I'd run the charger in, the Corrado seemed a different car. I changed my exhaust at the weekend & the car seems different again! I'm really please with it at the moment. All going well I should be down to see you boys early next year for some more go faster goodies :D
