That's crazy stu! I get about 24/25mpg when giving it some, if I cruise on the motorway at about 70, I can see 30-33mpg. As soon as you start hitting 80mph+ it will quickly drop to about 25ish mpg

I have no complaints about my Milltek. But if Darren had the bastuck exhausts when I was looking to buy, I'd of probably given one of them a go.

The car looks nothing ether, white with cav gsi alloys & lowered a bit. Bet their faces are a right picture!

I've never seen the car up close, but I'm sure it is fully strengthened. The guy has had many spine wrenching creations driven out of his little garage in the past.

A guy by me has a 2.5 v6 nova with 100bhp of nos. Word is he's put a low comp turbo on it. He's been blowing away 350bhp cossies with ease & kept up with a Ferrari up to 140mph, bloody crazy!

bet that was gutting to find it had done more miles than the speedo said. How did the RAC guy find that out?

CTR's I believe are 196bhp (see honda web site). The car looked modded, exhaust etc, for arguments sake lets say this one is 200/210bhp, the G60's still done well. I had no signs of running out of puff that's for sure.

I didn't think my car was all that quick. I guess you get used to what you drive, and how ever quick it is, just become the norm.

Had a little play with one of those new Type-R's on the way home from work on Friday. The Type-R looked to have a few mods, (lowered & exhuast from what I could see) and I'm pleased to say I was right on it's ar5e all the way up to a ton (on a private road of course! :twisted: ) Nothing seperating us at all. Very impressed with the old girl! She just ticked over 94k on the way home too! And going strong!! 8) Av'it! Honda! :D LOL!

Picture the scene..... Going shopping in town, trying to find somewhere to park. Unfortunately the only place that is available seems to be an outside car park. Once I find a space, big truck next to me, nothing the other side. I remember thinking to myself, these spaces are small! Now luckily I didn't have the change for the ticket machine (Lucky your thinking? You will find out why!). I gave my mate a fiver, and he went off to get change, while I waited next to my car.Within seconds I can see this Serria Estate looking for a space. Yep, you guessed it, they start parking next to me! :roll: Now the guys gone in to this space, there isn't a lot of space ether side of the cars. His Mrs (bloody big boned!) gets out my side, trying to be careful........ SMACK! :shock: SMACK!! :shock: She's banging her door on mine! So I start shouting as you do, "WHAT THE F**K ARE YOU DOING!!", "DON'T YOU THINK YOU SHOULD OF GOT OUT BEFORE YOU WENT IN TO THE SPACE!!!" so naturally you would think, you've him my car twice now, you'll stop & get the hubby to reverse out. :roll: NO! She's keeps trying to get out, SMACK, SMACK, SMACK, SMACK, SMACK!! trying to be careful, but because she is so fat & thick she carries on smacking the crap out of my door!!!! Then Husband now tells her to stay in the car. He reverses, she gets out, and he pulls in no with a bigger gap. WASN'T FU*KING HARD WAS IT LOVE!!!! All she could say was "oh I couldn't get out the gap was too small!" NOT SORRY I DENTED YOUR CAR!! I could have chinned the bi1ch! It has taken the paint off, and the door will have to be repainted & blended in now! :mad: I am fuming! I got the guys insurance details, but it's just hassle I don't need!!! My car was undented! I never park in car parks! 1st time since I have had the car! ARRHHH!!!! :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

brakes seem to be working fine though :? Guess what I'll be doing on Saturday :roll:

The 1st few clicks on the hand brake have gone a bit loose, then it as as you keep pulling it up it bites like normal. Anyone know why the 1st few clicks have gone loose? I want to sort this encase it gets worse. Cheers Dan

I was with HIC for a year, no problems. The following year Adrian Flux beat my renewal quote so I went with them. After a few weeks they sent me a letter saying my alarm wasn't cat1 & I needed to get a new one - so gave me the number of their recommended company :roll: I refused to get a new alarm, never had trouble in the past, so called HIC, they said they don't know what Adrian Flux were on about & it was fine, so I went with HIC. But not before paying a penalty/fine for cancelling with Adrian Flux. Would never use them again. They were a real pain. HIC always seem very helpful. Other people my have experienced happenings the other way round, this is just what happened to me.

Blue VR6 std, with mud flaps, N plate on the A33 in traffic, coming out of basingstoke this morning. I wasn't in my car, so you wouldn't have seen me!

Do a G60 mate! 8) It can't be that much more expensive!
